Good place, safe The staff take good care of you. Parking is convenient and safe. Even though the hotel is not new, it is good. Will come to stay again, thank you.

Clean rooms, very good service.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.

This place was absolutely filthy disgusting blood stains on the sheets I have pictures of everything spiders and bugs everywhere there was a spider that was the biggest spider I’ve ever seen was on the wall when I came to go to bed at night the sheets smell like somebody else’s cologne and there is stains everywhere And spiderwebs all in the ceilings I got absolutely ripped off this room wasn’t worth $10 don’t go here

Near Chiang Khan Walking Street, the room is very good. I like going to Chiang Khan again and will stay here again. Clean. There's a lot of parking.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is only about 15 minutes walk from the walking street. Hotel is quiet and parking is available
