Cross properties in Chiang Mai

This small yet beautiful hotel far exceeded our expectations. We arrived late at night, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A bellhop even brought our luggage to our rooms individually. The hotel lobby always smelled lovely, and we later met a very friendly staff member who spoke excellent Chinese. The room had no unpleasant odors and was exceptionally clean. The layout was also great, with a counter that could be used as a vanity. Now, about breakfast: the restaurant is a high-end French establishment, usually costing around 500-600 RMB per person. Having breakfast there every day was a treat. While some salads and bread were self-service, the main courses were all à la carte, freshly prepared, and of excellent quality – absolutely delicious. We stayed for three days and managed to try almost everything on the breakfast menu, and nothing disappointed. The rooftop pool is also very elegant. While our child swam, we ordered beers at the bar, which was incredibly relaxing. Prices in Chiang Mai aren't high; a beer at the hotel bar was just over 100 baht, and they even brought it in a full ice bucket. Finally, for the spa, we were a bit disappointed that there was only one treatment room. Since there were three of us, we arranged for my mother to have a massage alone. The ambiance there was amazing. We later went out and paid over 400 baht for a massage elsewhere, and it simply couldn't compare. It's a small regret, but we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chiang Mai. Oh, and upon check-in, they gave us chocolates with our names printed on them – such a thoughtful touch! ❤️
