Excellent little hotel. Wonderful service. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly .. always ready with a smile. Welcome drinks on arrival were a wonderful gesture and check-in was the least stressful I have ever experienced anywhere. Had a pool access room which was fantastic; just wish there was more time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh coconut juice straight from the coconut. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed five nights from 10-15 December 2023. Duen was one of the counter staff. She was very helpful and prompt in answering our enquiries and requests for services. She taught me how to use the "grab app" to hire a car and then talked to the driver through the app to ensure no misunderstanding in the meet-up location. When we had been waiting for quite a while in the lobby for the an external tour service company, she took the initiative to communicate with the company to make sure that the pick-up car was on the way. Had there not been a missing of room cleaning-up, the service should have scored the maximum.

來清邁旅行五天，中間換過一次，這是我最喜歡的酒店。
位置：距離寧曼路1公里多，打車過去很方便。酒店樓下商店就很全面，有咖啡店、按摩店、7-11、燒烤自助店（29元一位）、酒吧。
環境：酒店一層有泳池，住在一層的房間可以直接進泳池。
設施：設施很新，現代簡約的裝修風格。床很舒服！空調給力，冰箱裏提供免費的水和飲料。
服務：服務超級好！無比周到的服務。早餐也不錯
下次來還會選擇這家酒店

這個酒店，真實的房間比圖片顏色深一點，實際質感梗好一點。而且空間很大。非常滿意。早餐的牛肉球土豆泥是我最喜歡吃的哦。
房間很新很大。以至於第2個酒店入住安納塔拉，房間太小了，有點失望了。
值得入住哦。我是難得寫評論的

設施：新開的酒店，設施肯定是在第一檔的。早餐很棒
衞生：衞生方面也是絕對ok
環境：在街邊，路上的摩託車跟汽車很多來來回回，本來我是沒指望能有多安靜的，但是真的衹要把門窗關好，能睡一個好覺
服務：服務這塊我要重點説，從門口的服務員到打掃的服務員，全部好評，每個人都是微笑着。有歡迎卡，第一次酒水全部免費，甚至在第二個晚上給我送了一個金屬書簽。最關鍵的是，當我把電視打開，第一個頻道竟然是講的中文的電視頻道，而且我翻了一下全部的電視頻道，衹有這一個中文的，所以我覺得應該是有專門做過這個事情的，服務全在細節當中。
ps：樓下有個燒烤攤，強推，味道太棒了！
