The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It offers excellent value for money, especially for budget travelers who still want a good quality room.

The room is located on the 3rd floor. The stairs are quite steep, but it wasn't too strenuous to walk up. All amenities are provided, meaning you don't need to pack much (except for toothpaste). The room and bathroom were very clean. However, there seems to be a leak in the wet zone of the bathroom, which caused the dry area floor to get completely soaked. This definitely needs to be addressed. The staff were lovely; they responded to messages quickly and were always friendly and cheerful. The bed itself was large and comfortable. However, the steps leading up to the bed are extremely narrow. They might be suitable for children, but I personally found them to be too small.

The room is full of a mouldy smell, and I can barely breathe. Can’t stay in the room long because of the smell. Don’t even have a simple shower cap

This hotel located at strategic spot close to MAYA mall. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Laundry service just minutes away. Room was clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful enough to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. Downsides: Go no lift, steep staircase, not convenient for senior especially 3rd floor. Breakfast was pretty simple but good enough to fill stomach. Overall its good enough for short stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's only a couple of blocks away from the vibrant Nimman area, making it super quick to get there, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night.

Great cozy little room, on the first floor (no lift, but the staff were more than willing to help with luggage). It was enough for us to stay one night and explore Nimman. Our kids loved the double sized bed on the upper level of the bunk bed. Staff were polite and friendly.

My whole family is sick because of allergies. There's so much dust in the room.

With this location and service alone, it is impossible to stay in Taiwan without starting at 5,000 yuan. A four-person room costs just over 1,000 yuan a night and comes with simple breakfast and bananas. Although the room is a bit small, it is worth recommending!
