Perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town — close to everything, yet tucked away from the road noise. The hotel feels peaceful despite being so central. There are many tour and guide options available nearby, which made planning activities very easy. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was clean and well maintained.

Though simple, it was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Our room had high ceilings, which gave it a spacious and airy feel. Its location is incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance of Tha Phae Gate and the Sunday Night Market. We also made use of a laundry shop located just outside on the main street. Breakfast offered a selection from a menu, and considering the accommodation cost, we were extremely satisfied – excellent value for money!

Excellent location in old town. In a side alley so it is quiet but big vehicle or van can't come in. No elevator. Large room but no writing table, can't do work on laptop. Not enough storage space. Mattress caved in. Not so comfortable.

Lovely small hotel,near local markets, street food in evening just a few minutes away....hotel clean and quiet...will book again when we go back next time...

The rooms are conveniently located and in a good location. They are spacious and have balconies. The staff provides excellent service.

A very nice hotel in a great location, excellent breakfasts, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, there was a strong musty smell in the room.

The facilities are just average for the price range (something like having everything, yet seeming desolate... somewhere in between). However, the housekeeping is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. And after staying at an Airbnb, I realized that "it's still a hotel" is even more true than I thought. The water quality, in particular, is excellent.

The hotel has a swimming pool. It is located in the alley and is not very busy, but it is clean.

The room is spacious, clean, the air conditioner is cool, the water is strong, it takes a little time to warm up, there are 4 bottles of water and some candies. If you have a car with you, there is parking for 3 cars. The alley is a bit narrow.

Really great hotel, friendly service staff, housekeeping is very good If I have the chance to come back to the southeast corner of Chiang Mai ancient city, I think this is a rare and good hotel.

The location is very good, within the ancient city, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and there are only 3 floors in total.
