My mom had a very pleasant stay at CHA Chiangmai Luxury and really enjoyed her experience. She found the hotel to be clean, peaceful, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax away from the busy city.
She mentioned that the room was a little on the smaller side, and the lighting was somewhat dim, but neither of those affected her stay. She also noticed that the shower water could get very hot, so it took a little adjusting to find a comfortable temperature.
Other than that, she had no issues during her visit. She appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, she had a comfortable stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay outside the city.

They kept turning off my power after i told them not to because all my medication and food in the fridge went off ):

The stay was fine overall, but expensive for what it is — probably due to the lantern festival season. The room itself is on the smaller side, with no walking space to keep your full-size suitcase open.

Around 18 mins driving distance from the old town area. Sound proof is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel invests some smart tech for convenience of customer. Great hospitality, they attend to your needs immediately.

We extended our stay 3 times because we just felt so at home. Beautiful room! We were in 211.
Super quiet area. Staff seemed very friendly and always had a smile !
Tv with Netflix, powerful shower , free toiletries.
Would definitely stay again!
