Eurana Premier Hotel

Great location! It's less than a 10-minute walk to The Chef restaurant, and about 10 minutes (around 600m) to Weaving Street for photos and pad kra pao. The hygiene was just so-so; the bath towels and hand towels all had stains. The sofa in the room was also dirty. The bed was a bit soft, the air conditioning made a slight noise, and the soundproofing was average. Breakfast was mostly Western style. A taxi from the airport was 150 baht directly. I'd recommend not allowing housekeeping when you're traveling, for safety. Ctrip rates this as 4 stars, but Google shows it as 1 star. It's also not newly built in 2025; it seems to be an older hotel merged with something. There's a 500 baht deposit.

Located in the old town, near numerous cafes and massage parlors, the staff are helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with an outdoor balcony and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included, with juice, coffee, and bread available for self-service. A washing machine and dryer were also available for 40 baht per use, which was quite convenient.

The room was actually okay, but the sofa was incredibly dirty, the kind of stain that can't be washed out. I'm giving it one star for service because the hotel I booked doesn't actually exist in Chiang Mai, and it's definitely not the hotel that opened in 2025. It's just another building in another hotel. Google Maps doesn't even list the hotel I booked, and the hotel sign is also for another hotel. It gives a very poor impression. They use the 2025 opening claim to trick customers into staying. Also, the so-called fitness room is just a bunch of old, unusable fitness equipment piled in a corner, without even a treadmill.

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, but not very user-friendly (the showerhead had a low water flow, the hair dryer didn't blow effectively, the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, the pillows were too high, and the bed was firm). 6/10 Cleanliness: The sanitation was acceptable, with only a few minor stains and a strong smell of air freshener. Overall, it was quite good. 7/10 Environment: The environment is quiet, with restaurants, massage parlors, a market, and coffee shops nearby. 7.5/10 Service: The service was satisfactory, the check-in process was relatively quick, and the breakfast was adequate. Summary: Suitable for travelers to the ancient city, with convenient surroundings and a quiet environment suitable for early sleepers.

The hotel has a great location in the old town and, thanks to the clever layout of the buildings, offers a small oasis of calm in the lively surroundings. The courtyards were very green, and the rooms were very nice, large, and clean. The room amenities included a safe, a TV, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. We received two free bottles of water daily. A deposit of 500 baht was required per room card. The only minor issue was the very weak water pressure in one of the rooms, which made showering a bit difficult. The breakfast buffet was okay, and the fresh fruit and mini croissants were particularly tasty. Otherwise, there was a salad bar, waffles and French toast, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, and other classic hotel breakfast items. Unfortunately, the tables weren't cleaned between guests, which is why the breakfast room was a bit dirty. Please make sure that the inventory (provided glasses and spoons) is complete when checking into your room, as otherwise, you may encounter problems when checking out.
