Great location close to Maya shopping mall, convenient store near the hotel 1mn walking. Service is great. Good size room feels like home. Happy to stay again

The condition of the room is okay, but the silicone mold in the bathroom is severe.
Breakfast is the worst ㅠㅠ You choose 3 menu items (all Thai), but they are very poor. The meat came dry...the menu was similar for all three days. It would have been better if at least one out of three was a sandwich.
Breakfast is really, really bad.
The room is spacious for the price and looks clean in the photo, but there are no other facilities, so it is not recommended for short-term travelers overall.

The hotel is like a hotel apartment with a microwave. It is far away from Tha Pae Gate and feels a bit remote. The decoration style is fashionable and atmospheric, and the pure white system is eye-catching.
The corridor lights are voice-activated, and it looks completely dark at night. Only one room key card is given, probably to save electricity.
The bathroom sewer smells bad, and there is still a smell after washing with water for a long time.

Rooms are spacious and clean. This place has the best quality of service; our rooms are cleaned everyday and all the staffs are very professional and friendly. Breakfasts are served to your room so you can kickstart the day afresh. There are nice Italian and Northern-Thai restaurants, and a convenient store within the hotel area.

We had a month long stay at the Kannas in June/July 2023 and really enjoyed our time at the Kannas. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Because I only speak basic Thai phrases, the staff was great in helping me make restaurant reservations and more complicated travel plans within the city. The hotel is in a safe part of the city and we would walk to several of the local markets. There are several food vendors and a mini-mart on the hotel grounds. The hotel is also just a few minutes by Grab taxi to the Maya Mall, Central Festival Mall, airport, and Old City. We had a two room suite for our family of four. Very clean and it included a laundry washing machine and dishes and silverware. The rooms are also spacious for an extended stay. We were on the 6th floor and enjoyed a nice view of the city and nearby mountains. Excellent experience with the Kannas and the staff helped make our time in Thailand very positive and memorable.
