The inside of the building was so clean and comfortable that I wondered when they cleaned it, and all the staff were smiling and soothing. The laundry service was great. This time, I stayed at Elephant Village for one night, and they took my laundry as soon as I got back and returned it to me that evening (I was so touched). Carrying laundry around can be surprisingly stressful. I was really grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai.

Most importantly, there is free laundry. Put the dirty clothes at the door of the room in the morning, and return to the hotel in the afternoon. The clothes have been folded and bagged and placed on the bed. Next time if I live in the ancient city, I will choose here!

Great location, VERY clean, easy, and free laundry service. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Deng. We enjoyed having plentiful bottled water available, as well as snacks and fruits we could take for a light breakfast before setting out for the day. The value for the hotel and the service, accommodations, and amenities it offered could not be beat. Communication with the hotel both before and during our stay was also seamless.
