Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai

The hotel is in the city center with a beautiful view. Overall, it's okay, but the price is quite high.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, and One Nimman is also just across the street. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was fantastic, with different options every day. My low-floor room was a bit damp, and facing the road, it was a bit noisy due to a bar downstairs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Service was top-notch. The location is also very convenient. However! The city-facing rooms can be quite noisy. While closing the balcony's floor-to-ceiling windows helps, if you open them, you can forget about sleeping at night. There's a bar downstairs that plays music very late, and there's a lot of traffic at the intersection, plus a giant spotlight shining directly at the room. Also, for some reason, the entire room felt very damp and the duvet was sticky. The hotel facilities were older than expected. Upon check-in, I couldn't open my room door. When I went to the front desk, they said the door lock's battery was dead... I had to wait outside for quite a while.

I have to say, it was a very impressive stay! I usually stay at Uniman, but this time I decided to try this place. I booked a 3-bedroom unit, and everything was great. Next time I'm in Chiang Mai, I'll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, very clean. The service was excellent, and JEEJEE spoke both English and Chinese fluently. Breakfast was delicious.
