Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, lovely breakfast, with added touches of homemade cookies, the host is extremely helpful along with all his staff, hotel in a quiet location but with easy access to temples and eating places!

It's very convenient. The boss seems to be from Europe and the United States. He speaks English very clearly and can be understood. He also gave a map showing the surrounding temples, night markets and shopping places. The room facilities are relatively new but very clean.

The location of the hotel is very good, just at the back door of Phra Hin Temple. It is 200 meters away from Bib Gourmand. I recommend the grilled meat. The service staff is very kind. The breakfast has freshly made omelets, which is delicious😋

The B&B is located near the west gate of the ancient city. It is very convenient to visit the ancient city. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. There is a beautiful public space downstairs where you can rest and chat with friends at night. The boss will greet you warmly every time you see him at the front desk. The people are also very nice and gentlemen. They always help us. On the day we went to the airport, they called a songthaew for us and gave us an orange each. Haha, if we come to Chiang Mai again, we will still choose this hotel.

Around the hotel, 7-Eleven, Thai massage, currency exchange, delicious and cheap restaurants, and a famous chicken shop were within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient. The Sunday Night Market was also close and I was able to enjoy it. In addition, it was quiet in spite of old city area. The hotel staff was very friendly and always greeted me when I was in and out. There was also a free rental of bicycles, and I was able to borrow them on the first day and explore the old town area.
