Considering the price of less than 20,000 won per day, it is excellent value for money. It has a geographical advantage as it is relatively close to Thapae Gate.
There is a Thai cooking school right in front of the hotel.
The facility itself is closer to an inn than a motel.
A hair dryer and simple amenities are provided.
It's located in an alley, so it's quiet at night.
There are also simple foods such as cup ramen in the common space on the first floor.
It would be especially nice if you are staying alone.

The facilities are average, the refrigerator can't store food without electricity, and the TV in the room is broken and can't be turned on. The staff in the hotel felt average. Started our trip in Thailand with Chiang Mai. This hotel was a good start. Very good location. Staff a bit pointless tbh. Clean rooms but can get quite noisy. They used to offer complimentary breakfast but they stopped it now. Close to main areas in Chiang Mai.

This place is really helpfull. Budget hotel but will do what they have to to help you. They can arrannge things not on tourist map at a not rip off price. Well worth asking for whatever you want to do.

Beautiful hotel in a super location! Very centrally located, far enough away to avoid any inconvenience. The room is nice and has air conditioning + refrigerator. Nice lady who can provide you with all kinds of tips and outings/tours in the area. Sunday nigh**arket is around the corner. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 after the night train. The room was already ready, we were allowed to move in without an additional charge!
