Rich Lanna House

This is my first serious review of a hotel Arrived around 10pm, the location is good, right by the river I booked the Lanna Suite on the third floor, but the front desk took me to a room on the first floor that had no windows. There was a musty smell when I entered. I kept stressing to him that this was not the room I had booked, and even showed it to him. The picture in the order, because the price of the suite is different, and the price is different if it has a window or not. The front desk has no English and can only use translation software. He keeps blaming me and saying that this is the only room he has. The part-time worker couldn't make the decision, so he called the boss. The boss was very tough and said that if he didn't stay in this room, he would check out. It was already past 11 o'clock. They were obviously bullying foreigners who couldn't find a hotel at such a late hour. Later, two Chinese beauties also helped us protest. The boss was very arrogant. Even though he couldn't understand what he was saying, he knew it was very harsh. Later, I became anxious and told them that they could stop but they had to compensate. If they didn't compensate, they would call the police. By this time, it was already It was past 12 o'clock, and the boss probably felt that we had encountered a problem, so he asked the front desk to take us to the third floor to see a room, which was the suite I booked, and then opened the room for me. Because it was too late and I was too tired, I didn't go back. I checked in after thinking about it. The room was a Lanna style all-wood room that was not bright and depressing. It was also very small. The next day I found that no one was living on the third floor. We were the only guests. Are there any facilities? There is only a small room on the first floor. The swimming pool and the whole layout have a sense of age. I didn’t take pictures of the room because I didn’t like it. When traveling abroad, you really can’t let them bully you. If it doesn’t work, call the police.

The hotel where we stayed on the last day before leaving Chiang Mai missed a room due to a mistake at the front desk, but fortunately they were very proactive in helping us solve the problem and also helped us book a car to the airport for the next day. The room facilities have a sense of age, are well maintained, and are cost-effective.

The hotel is in a good location, north of the ancient city. The room layout is also very beautiful, the room service is very good, and the room is cleaned twice a day. The hotel is a converted small villa with a lovely small swimming pool. The only thing that can be improved is the quality of the pore bath towels. They are really old. If the whole bath towels can be replaced with a new batch of bath towels, this hotel can give full marks.

The chocolate inside is delicious😋The jackfruit is delicious and the coconut jelly is delicious😋 I really like the decoration style of their home. I really like the wood and classic door handles.

The swimming pool is not big, but it is a very pleasant area! There was a lot of rain and it was very comfortable to take a shower. Hygiene: Clean! Environment: Very quiet! Service: The staff’s attitude is very good! We asked about the time of the weekend market and night market, and she would patiently tell us. Location: Just beside the ancient city, right in the city center! The surrounding area is full of restaurants, small shops, everything! Price: I ordered more than 300, which is very cost-effective!

The hotel is very unique. Although there is no elevator, the front desk helps to carry luggage up and down the stairs. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is also a women's prison massage. There is a very good French toast shop next to it for breakfast.
