Friendly staff, nice balcony for chilling, big windows so room was light. Lack of safe in room and basic tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby. The small garden area was nice although not when people smoked ****. No lift was annoying when I forgot to take something and had to go back up 4 flights of stairs. Overall a nice place for a budget traveler.

I chose the pool view suite, which is undoubtedly the best room in this guesthouse. Pros: Both the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet even on the lowest setting and cooled the room sufficiently. Room cleaning could be arranged daily, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of all the bedding and toiletries. It's very close to Tha Phae Gate, and the hotel is located down a small alley, making it convenient for food, drinks, entertainment, and a 7-Eleven nearby. There's free tea and coffee downstairs, and the private pool was quite clean. Cons: The showerhead in my second-floor room had very low water pressure, although the bathtub filled up quickly for a bath. This could probably be fixed by simply getting a high-pressure showerhead, and I hope the owner improves this. There's no elevator in the guesthouse; the stairs are fine for normal use, but kids running quickly can be quite noisy. Most importantly, I slipped in the bathtub and bled a bit, almost breaking my nose, because it was very slippery. I reported it to the owner the next day and suggested they provide anti-slip mats and warnings. A reminder would make people more attentive and prevent future guests from getting injured. The guesthouse has roughly an even split of Chinese and foreign tourists, and the value for money is decent. The prices for laundry and car rental are also reasonable; laundry charged by the kilogram is acceptable. One of the front desk staff speaks fluent Chinese and was very friendly, but she wasn't there every day. The above is a very fair and objective review, and I hope it provides a realistic assessment for future guests.

Nice hotel. Thai style decor. Rooms were nice. Location is good. Pool is oke. No elevator though.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. I didn’t expect it to be this nice for the price. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. I would definitely come back again.

I loved this place. The setting is very serene and quiet, the hosts are extremely friendly and pleasant and easy to talk to, and it's a short walk away from the busy Tha Phae Gate. Would definitely recommend!

When I book from the platform the check out date is 12:00. When I arrived at the hotel they said check out time is 10:00 a.m. Please don't stay if you want early check out. And the lobby has no smoking sign but some foreigners smoke in this area.

The hotel was in the perect place for everything we wanted to do. The pool was really nice and there was free tea and coffee 24/7. Staff were friendly and helpful with our needs. We extended our stay while we were here :)

This place is near to Thapae gate, where you can enjoy different activities and visit Sunday market on Sundays.

For Thai beds it was pretty comfy- I stayed for five nights and slept well. When I was out, they left toilet paper and water by my door. Staff very friendly, especially the night clerk gentleman. Great location. Quiet. I loved the entry- the chairs next to the koi pond under the trees was so peaceful! I’d sit with a cup of their coffee and cookies and relax. The pool was kept clean, and had an outdoor shower and towels. Bathroom drains were stinky, so I’d block the shower with a bag and put a cup over the sink- that mostly fixed it. The shower wouldn’t get hot at full blast, but if you turned the pressure down to half it would.

The hotel is in a very good location, you can easily walk to most parts of town. Staff are lovely, all of them were very helpful and kind - always smiling. The hotel is really pretty, from reception to the rooms. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and towels. Fridge, tv, air con and good working wifi. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean and a nice area. Free tea and coffee area. We would definitely stay again.

Reception was friendly. But there was many mosquitoes in the room.
