The hotel is in a good location, Tha Phae gate is near, it’s easy to walk to the night markets. Have parking space. Easy to walk to nearby temples. 7/11 is located near as well. Overall good location and satisfied with the service.

Amazing value for the price, very modern and comfortable room. There is also a very Instagramable space themed cafe in the first floor of the hotel.

It's a 7-minute drive from the airport and located on the edge of the old city! Downstairs is the famous Mars Coffee. Although the entrance is very hidden and does not look like the entrance of a hotel, it has a sense of design after entering! The service staff speak English very well and are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean, and the sound insulation is also very good! Especially the bathroom space is huge!

The hotel is right next to the ancient city. Front desk service is terrible. The room attendants are quite enthusiastic. The price is confusing. We made a reservation and paid 400 baht when we arrived at the hotel. The rooms on the top floor are quite expensive.

I 100% recommend it, extremely friendly hotel staff, very spacious room and everything impeccable, street noises were minimal, the room had a balcony with a very nice view of the river or avenue. main which in the mornings the pastel tones of the trees provided a very beautiful image. Another redeeming thing was the value of the room, very economical for everything the hotel gave us. We will be back!!!

There were rental bikes nearby and it was in a good location for sightseeing. There is also a hospital nearby that provides emergency care, so you can rest assured. There is also a delicious smoothie shop less than a minute walk away. The room was spacious and the view outside the window wasn't great, but I didn't open the curtains so it didn't bother me. When you take a shower, you can't see what's under the glass wall, and some of the water flows toward the toilet, so if you take a shower on the wall side, you won't have to worry about it. I couldn't open it with my card key and when I told the front desk they replaced the battery immediately. It was quite inconvenient to only have one key card for my family, but I wondered if that's how it is overseas, and since I was just wandering around most of the time just going back to sleep, I felt it was cheap and sufficient. My last check-out was early in the morning, so I checked the day before to see if it was okay, and they said it was okay, so I went to the front desk in the morning, and when I called, no one answered.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with the main places in the square within walking distance. Clean, pleasant, good internet good for work. It’s good that the room has a table for a workplace, iron chairs - you won’t sit for long Of the minuses, the hotel is tired, there are cracks on the walls, but these are rather visual aspects and do not greatly affect the quality of rest. On the ground floor there is a stylish, delicious bar. I write about places and travels in the MarsyTravel tg channel

The air conditioner is very noisy. I suggest you replace it with a quieter one.

It was good overall There was almost no noise from the commercial space downstairs... it was difficult. I don't know if it's because it's on the 2nd floor.

I am not at all sure I am reviewing the right Big Tree! The address we stayed was 27/12-14 Arak Road in Chiangmai, but the pictures on other reviews are not the same as the place we stayed. Where we stayed was quirky. :-) They seem to be morphing from a tree theme to a space theme, and the transition is, ummm... interesting. The lobby features fake moss (like you are in a tree trunk), and also some rocks from Mars. The sign to the elevator says "radiation area." If you keep going you'll run into a very space-y bar and coffee shop called Mars. Our room was #301, and it was quiet, clean, and perfectly fine for an affordable stay in Old Town. The bed was firm, but not rock hard like some mattresses we have encountered, and the linens were nice enough. We had a balcony, but the view is nothing to write home about. Still, it was nice to be able to step outside. We had to BYOH (Buy Our Own Hangers) because there were only 3, and when we asked for more they were only able to find a few more. We bought a package from the plastic everything store around the corner and left them as a gift for the next guest. The staff was very friendly and checkout was easy. They called us a cab to our next destination. We would stay again.

Big, comfortable rooms.! It’s about a 15mins walk from the center of the “action” in old town. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Helped us with taxis, laundry, etc.
