Right outside, there's a fantastic night market with delicious food! It's also very close to Chiang Mai's Let's Relax, just about a seven or eight-minute walk, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Excellent, excellent, great value for money! The room was clean and got tidied up daily, and all the amenities were provided, though you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is fantastic, right by Chiang Mai Gate. I spent all 3 evenings at the night market next door. Breakfast can be found at the market, all within a 3-minute walk. The staff were all very nice.

Great location, unlimited water. The table in the room is not comfortable to seat long time (if you don't use laptop for long time, that's fine). The bath towel was not so white, maybe it is old and they wash by themself.

I've stayed at a few guesthouses in Chiang Mai, and this one is my favorite. The location is great, very close to the Sunday market. The front desk lady was super friendly and had a lovely personality.

The hotel environment feels more like a guesthouse, probably family-run. The location is super convenient, right in the old town, and there's a motorcycle rental right next door, which is very handy.

The location of the hotel is very good.The whole room is also very warm.There are also some public activity spaces on the first floor and the second floor.

The environment here is great, with a self-service counter offering tableware, hot water, tea, and coffee. It's very quiet around, even staying on the second floor, you won't be disturbed. The location is also excellent, very close to the Saturday night market! If I visit again, I would still choose to stay here!

A little hotel near chiang mai gate and street food located in attractive places

Homely room at very convenient location close to markets, main road, seven eleven. Yet rooms are quiet which we liked. Staff are friendly and approachable.

After traveling in Thailand for over half a month, this is my absolute favorite hotel.

A truly excellent guesthouse. The location is superb, right next to Chiang Mai Gate Night Market and the Saturday Night Market, offering a plethora of delicious and affordable food options. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and the service is great.

Nice place right inside the old town and very close to the market, easy to access any kind of service and food and the location is quite. Staff is really kind and gentle, they provider an airflow spreader because the Airconditioner was too directly on the bed, nice choice.
