I stayed here 6 years ago and again recently.
It has maintained the same level of service and cleanliness.
This is a great, quiet place to retreat to after exploring Chiang Mai.

The staff are all very nice. The living room downstairs is very cozy. The sister who makes breakfast has a sweet smile and is very well-behaved. The room we live in is a loft on the second floor. The upper floor is just the bedroom. The living room and bathroom are on the lower floor. It may be inconvenient to run up and down.

Very good, clean and hygienic. Delicious freshly squeezed juice was prepared as soon as we checked in. My favorability level is full. The guy and the girl at the front desk speak English very well, the service is good, and the breakfast is delicious😋 I left halfway to go somewhere else. When I came to pick up my luggage, the girl stood at the door to see me off. I was in a foreign country. I was very touched. !

Fantastic 2 night stay @ ONCE (Upon a Time) Boutique Hotel. A last minute decision to visit Ching Mai. Fortunate to secure a room. Beautiful design, clean /quiet, comfortable rooms, and an overall peaceful zen-like vibe. Highly recommend.

This was the BEST start to my first solo trip around Asia. Communication was fantastic from the second I booked. They were able to organise transport for me from the airport. The hotel is superb, so we'll decorated and with little accents that add to its charm. I was greeted with an arrival drink and quickly shown to my room which was incredibly spacious with a well designed bathroom. I felt safe which was incredibly important to me. They where able to help with trips and where to go and how to get there. They even let me borrow a towel when I went to the waterfalls. Breakfast was made fresh each morning and was a delicious selection. If you are travelling a lone and want a few days of how comfort book here.

This hotel is so perfectly located in Chiang Mai! Right next to the park and an easy walk to shops and cafes. The staff here is absolutely incredible and they made my stay so magical! I stayed during the flower festival and it was such an amazing experience! The room is lovely and the service is top notch. The food is also amazing for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! All of my excursions for elephants and temples were able to pick me up at this location. Big shout out to the amazing staff at this hotel! Thank you for such an awesome stay!

Superb decor, fascinating bedroom loft. Staff were attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Only problem encountered was that sound came from other rooms and outside, generally quiet at night except once when loud arguments kept being heard in adjacent room.

…we stayed in a beautiful stylish little boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. Service, breakfast, location, decor and value for money are great. All major sites are in walking distance. I highly recommend the place to anyone coming to the old town of Chiang Mai!
