This hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money. The location is convenient, right near Thapae Gate. However, you do have to walk about 200 meters down a small alley to get there. The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped. The only downside is that there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Good place and good room design but no car parkinf

The room wasn’t very clean, but the location was great. There was a musty smell.

Location was near to sunday night market. No lift, please expect to climb stairs and carry your own lugages. No staff is available to help. Kettle was provided without cups or glasses. Insufficient power point to charge our electronic devices. Have to remove the lamp power socket to charge our phone. Bidet leaking causing the toilet to be all wet. We asked the staff, but the staff claimed that it’s because we have showered despite we have just arrived and haven’t even had time to shower yet. Services could be improved though its a budget hotel, but it is very disappointing.

Located 2 minutes from thaepae gate, bed are way too hard and firm, but service from counter are top notch. Especially the women in the morning shift, always greet with smile, with this pricing nothing to complaint. Clean bed room, strong wifi just bed are too firm and hard

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable; it was quiet, clean, and spacious. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, and the front desk staff were friendly. The location is excellent, right next to Tha Phae Gate. However, there's no elevator, and disposable toothbrushes are not provided.

The lack of an elevator was a major issue. Smoking wasn't allowed in the rooms; we had to use the designated smoking area downstairs. The soundproofing was poor – in the mornings, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room. While our window was a side window, it was better than having no window at all. The location was incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Tha Phae Gate is just a minute's walk away, and other attractions like Wat Chedi Luang and the night market were also mostly within walking distance.

I’ve had a wonderful trip in Chiang Mai. The infrastructure nearby is amazing and approachable. The receptionists were very friendly. Btw, the taxi service provided by the hotel is also excellent. Everything here is impeccable and fast. But, just a small flaw, no elevator but your strong foot. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN HERE.

The mattress was incredibly firm--if you prefer soft mattresses, don't stay here. The room was also not ver soundproof: I was woken up by loud guests in the hallway.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is very clean. The main issue was the elevator, but the lovely lady at reception was kind enough to help me carry my luggage. Though I felt a little awkward, I was incredibly grateful for her assistance and made sure to tip her generously! Oh, and the hotel is tucked away in an alley, but it's not deep at all – just a two-minute walk.

Very good service, clean The location is very clear and you can reach many attractions such as the Tower Gate without taking a taxi.

Decent hotel in the heart of Old Town. Very near to Thapae Gate. Spacious room and no frills. Beware noted there’s not elevator.

Limited access to power sockets. No nearby bed power socket. Decent stay and aircond are good too.
