Members of the staff were all courteous and friendly. Breakfast was okay, no brewed coffee though, there's a selection of instant coffee flavors instead. Menu for breakfast changes daily so that's good for variety's sake. The lady, who I assume is the manager, allowed me to check out at 2pm, so nice of her. A bit of an issue with the bathroom though. The flush mechanism of the toilet constantly made sound every 10 minutes or so. Woke me up in the middle of the night a few times. They were unable to get it fixed my entire 4-night stay. The hotel is literally next door to Anusarn night market. Though the hotel is nice and clean, pics on the website are way better looking. ;)

I feel it’s a scammed 4 star hotel, the worst stay experience ever in Thailand,the room is not soundproof, so hotel doesn’t offer a TV but I can hear any words what exactly people outside my room said “ even I’m in my toilet.” And the breakfast is a big joke! Throw some veggies, water, and one and two bag of toast, and called it breakfast?? I feel everything is a scam !!!

I should have read the other reviews before booking based on the charming photos. I booked 2 x evening boat rooms but this wasn't what was given to me when we checked in. One was a large double bed - OK. The other was what must have been the cosy twin room - extremely tiny for 2 adults and 4 year old. Being tired after arriving this evening, I accepted it. Unfortunately when I tried to use the toilet, first the towel rack fell out of it's socket and the entire thing looked like it was about to fall off the wall. So dangerous with a toddler around! Then when showering in the stall, whether the glass door is closed or not, copious amounts of water was pooling out next to the toilet bowl. Looked like the great floods originated from my bathroom. There was also hair in the trap from previous guests. The other room, although sizeable smelt of the drain and all it's unpleasant contents wafting through the bedroom air. Lastly, although there are non-smoking signed around, most guests smoking outside their rooms as astrays are provided. I called Trip the next morning to cancel the remainder of my booking and get a refund but they would only give me a refund for the night before. They offered to change my room to a bigger one, which I declined, but why couldn't they offer it the night before when I checked in since it was obviously available at 8am the next morning when we spoke?? Breakfast was paltry. Stay here at your own risk.

Many places, including our rooms, are non-smoking, but it is inevitable that some customers will smoke in other places, which has affected you. We are also very sorry, and we will increase our inspection efforts and persuade customers in the futureWe apologize again for this unpleasant experience. Unlike the picture at all. If you just look at the price then sure but don’t trust the picture. Bed was big and comfy and location is wonderful. However, walls are thin so you can hear everything, door is not secure and curtains don’t block light. But it’s wonderful for its pric

It’s a friendly airBNB type of smaller size hotel. Good location. But sanitary does not feel that comfortable. Full or cheaper perfume in the room.

The owner of this hotel was very kind. Breakfast was from 8-10:30 and we were late for a trip. She prepared small lunch boxes for us. Thanks for that! The room was overall clean but certain things were not proper. For example our blinking WiFi Router was taped onto the roof over our bed. In generell it was a very pleasant stay.

Basic accommodation was accused of smoking in room water fir shower Luke warn fridge didn’t work and when we were checking out asked for an EFTA’s 2000$ baht which is around 200$ AU’s for the linen cleaning as one of the towels had some fake tan / make up stein . Threatened us with getting police if we didn’t pay which we obviously didn’t pay as it as it was very unreasonable Aldo from the hours of 9 until approx .430 pm exh day there were drilling and hammering going on directly above our room very noisy as they were doing major renovations. Definitely never stay there again in

Pretty nice hotel, some parts was old and wore out. Near night market which could be noisy for early sleeper. But being near also gave easy access to lots of food options and shopping..

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower,the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up. The room is not soundproof enough. can hear people talking outside and neighbours all the time. Cleanliness:Good Overall :an overpriced hotel
