The rooms are fair for the price -- clean and large enough. The bathroom could have been supplied with sufficient toiletries -- 6 people for 7 nights with only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay in a popular area of Chiang Mai. Easy walk to the mall and Nimman which has lots of stuff to do and places to eat. Only con was the power went out after an hour and it was kind of spotty at times. Called the owner and they helped fix it.

The location is 5 stars plus. Book a family room and get a normal room. This room is quite spacious. But there are a lot of them as shown in the picture. Coming out of the tiled floor, cool air conditioning, good water pressure, many good conveniences. Everything is good. Except I got the wrong room with a lot of ants. Big ants with wings 🐜

Nice condo near Maya shopping center will stay again, however be aware you need to pay electricity and water which wasn't stated on the website. Cleaning fee is 500 baht for the cleaning after your rental which was stated on the website.

The rooms are very good. There are many rooms with sofa corners where you can sit and eat with friends. There is a dining table. There is a washing machine provided as well.

The Kwang Kwang room is clean, complete with appliances. Recommended for people staying with many friends, very convenient, good location, convenient, can walk to Maya.

The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and the price is good for you. I really like it. No matter how many times I come to Chiang Mai, I will stop here every time.

Zero follow up. We had trouble getting the codes for the lock box. For 48 hours they did not reply at all. Their email said they already sent the codes, but they never sent the check in instructions. We had to calm the property office repeatedly. Still never got the codes for our stay. We finally got someone to meet up to get in. Very unprofessional non responsive, zero follow up. During our stay we reached out for 3 days with emails with zero response back. Horrible service. Don't care about customers.

It's good because it's very close to maya But like other reviews, don't expect anything like other real hotels will give you. But it's not that bad, it has everything you want in this place. A few unbearable pain points: 1. The wifi is really bad 2. I have contacted several times and said that I am willing to pay for cleaning, but the reply is no extra cleaning 3. The store will ask you to pay a cleaning fee of 500 baht, but this clean has nothing to do with you In short, if there are too many people and you can't find a good place, it's okay to live here, but no more expectation
