I often stay here while in Chiang Mai. The staff are very helpful, the atmosphere is tranquil & relaxing, especially the pool & surroundings. The rooms are well appointed & provide all requirements. The location offers easy access to all attractions in a less hectic environment. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars & massage are all available within walking distance. A bargain to be had. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is decent and close to many landmarks, but parking is limited. If you're bringing a car, you'll need to coordinate with the staff about moving your vehicle at certain times.

Nice resort located next to the river, nice quiet environment and good food places right beside it. Really recommend if you want to be slightly out of the way of the busy old chiang mai.

Run! Run fast! Regarding this hotel, all I can say is that it's a shame reviews can't be given negative stars. There were advertisements for illicit massage services openly displayed at the front desk (last picture). I must have been out of my mind, a solo female traveler, to see that and still check in instead of running away immediately. Then there's the room. If this hotel really opened in 2020, I'll eat my hat. Even my house, which is 20 years old, isn't this dilapidated. The furniture was broken, the walls were filthy with various patches, the bath towels were blackened... and there was a severe stench that photos couldn't capture. I stayed for a total of 10 minutes, took some pictures, and checked out. Trip.com customer service battled with the hotel for me again and again. The hotel refused to refund, but I'm very grateful to Trip.com. Although it was a day of hassle, they eventually helped compensate for most of my losses. I just hope hotels like this stop labeling themselves as four-diamond, otherwise, they'll betray customer trust.

Great atmosphere, easy to access, with parking available. Very convenient for staying in the city.

Great value for money, the room is quite decent. Conveniently located near dining and walking spots.

We stayed in a nice room in a good location, but had issues with the staff. On our second night we were told we needed to pay for a dirty towel because of its damage. When we asked if it was washed, the staff stated, per their manager, that we would have to pay for it to be cleaned or we could pay for the damages outright. When asking for the towel to be washed and accurately determined if it was damaged the staff threatened to involve the police. Which was unnecessary in our perspective because we would have been (and were because the towel was still stained after the wash) to pay if the stains were actually not able to come out. This process was frustrating because the staff were not helpful and the manager was away and unwilling to speak to us despite this backwards policy. We were all young, and I am assuming this treatment was because of our age and the fact that we were tourists. The rest of the trip was smoother, with smaller issues that we were able to handle without the police (haha).

A hotel by the river, close to both the night market and Chinatown. The environment is very comfortable, and although it's a bit small, it has all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have good English communication skills.

Location is pretty good but that’s about the only good thing about the hotel . Old dilapidated room with leaking shower head , low water pressure and no hot water . Reception was unhelpful and utterly rude . Pls refrain from this hotel . I would rather stay in shared hostel than this . The worst hotel I stayed in my life . Spoiled my family’s year end holidays

Smart and tidy hotel on the Ping River. Hotel was quiet and is a 25 minute walk to old city. 10 minutes walk away are several busy night markets and good access to restaurants and street food. Foo Bakery 100m away do a solid breakfast of an Americano and eggs on sourdough for 95baht. Small pool.

Friendly country provided us with the friendly service. 🙏🏻

Came to Chiang Mai for a marathon. After the race, I came here to relax. This hotel has a gym, which was great for stretching and relaxing! The room opened up to a clean swimming pool, and there's also a swing for some chill time.

It was so nice that we were able to use the bikes for free!! Such a nice extra service. Would love to come back!
