A hotel by the river, close to both the night market and Chinatown. The environment is very comfortable, and although it's a bit small, it has all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have good English communication skills.

Location is pretty good but that’s about the only good thing about the hotel . Old dilapidated room with leaking shower head , low water pressure and no hot water . Reception was unhelpful and utterly rude . Pls refrain from this hotel . I would rather stay in shared hostel than this . The worst hotel I stayed in my life . Spoiled my family’s year end holidays

Smart and tidy hotel on the Ping River. Hotel was quiet and is a 25 minute walk to old city. 10 minutes walk away are several busy night markets and good access to restaurants and street food. Foo Bakery 100m away do a solid breakfast of an Americano and eggs on sourdough for 95baht. Small pool.

Came to Chiang Mai for a marathon. After the race, I came here to relax. This hotel has a gym, which was great for stretching and relaxing! The room opened up to a clean swimming pool, and there's also a swing for some chill time.

This Is the best Place to stay, all the staff doing their job very well. The structure it's on a perfect human scale, not too big, and not too small, and have different way of movement inside the Building. The atmosphere Is about relax and serenity, everything looks very clean, with the swiming pool in the middle and all the plants around gives the perfect positive vibes. The possibility to have the Gym, the pool and some area to chill so near to your room makes you feel that you have everything under control. The kindness to give you the opportunity to take some bikes for free to go outside make you feel free to enjoy your life everywhere. The room: actually I like more bright and airy room but this really Surprise me because even though It's a dark environment, the color are well balanced that make feel warm and protect......and the quality of the furniture was excellent, designed in a neat way. The room was very clean, congrats to the cleaner, (good job), every staff really care about the guest and their environment. So this was One of the best Place I ever been in my Life, it makes you feel home and you would never want to leave.

I saw some reviews online mentioning various issues, and even concerns about deposits, but my actual stay was really good. It's a bit old, but I see that as part of its local charm. The hotel actually has a great design overall, and there's even a pool. The only downsides were that the hotel parking lot is a bit small, and the back wall of the hotel was slightly damaged.

Walking distance to night market, next to 7-11. Facing the river.

The staff and room is quite nice but the facilities is a bit old and the pool is not that clean but overall it’s great with a good service and price.

We extended our stay at this hotel because we liked the good price and also the nice room, the hotel courtyard is also nice, the pool is 1.20 m but we still liked swimming in it, I would also like to separately note the cleaning of the rooms, which took place daily, and they cleaned very cleanly, and also the incredibly responsive and pleasant hotel staff

Nice location, quiet place with nearby attractions, food, night markets, especially 10 minutes walk, you can get to local market with cheap and delicious daily food. I don't give comments about room itself. Reception and clerks working in this place are smiling helpful

The environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous, I loved it. I originally booked one night, but ended up extending for another.

Nice location, Can walk to the cafe bar and restaurant by the Ping river. Can walk to downtown by fews minutes.staff are so nice The price is worthy.

Great value. Great staff. Great location. What more do you need? This hotel is a little oasis from the humidity & heat of Chiang Mai. The pool provides welcome relief after exploring the city. With leafy, shady environs allowing a peaceful place to relax. Free bicycles are available. You can stroll by the river across from the hotel. I've stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value and highly recommended.

This place was great! We stayed for several nights and it was very quiet. Being on the ground floor, it was super close to the pool from our room. For breakfast, they offered both American and Thai options, and we tried each for two days. Outside on the street, there are also breakfast spots, coffee shops, and a 7-Eleven, which was incredibly convenient. There were about 6-7 staff members, some of whom didn't speak English but always greeted you with a smile. Overall, I really liked it here. At check-out, they even gave my daughter an elephant toy, thanks!
