The hotel was generally clean, with a living room and two beds, offering ample space. The surrounding area was quiet, and there's a convenience store just a 5-10 minute walk away. However, the security seemed a bit lacking; there's no 24-hour front desk, and the main entrance was often open at night, allowing people to come and go freely.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The family room was very spacious with great natural light, and it was kept very clean. However, the bed was a major drawback as it was too hard. Also, perhaps because it's located a bit outside the ancient city, we occasionally found ants in the room, which was a bit bothersome. The two young people managing the place were kind and simple, but they lacked the typical qualities of hotel service staff. In such a large room, there was only one big roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom wasn't good; the floor would always be covered in water after a shower. The worst part was that the two family rooms on our floor were connected by a door. While this would be great for a large family staying together, when different parties occupy the rooms separately, the locked wooden door felt insecure, and more importantly, the soundproofing was terrible – we could clearly hear people talking in the next room. 😑

Location is not far to temple but no walkable 7-11 convention store. Room is big and nice decorated. Cleaning is not bad, I found some dust and hair. This is value for money that close to the airport and temple sightseeing.

Great place, very clean. There's parking for about 10 cars, and the staff provide excellent service.

The accommodation isn't far from the city center, making it convenient for travel. There are also many shops and stores nearby.

My friends and I chose this highly-rated guesthouse for our trip to Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and clean, and there were many tourist spots nearby. It was great value for money!

Great value, large and spacious.

Room floor was clean. The kitchen was spacious that is very rare. The separate toilet and shower room were very handy too. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided so remember to bring your own. Smart TV has Netflix. I think it would be better to have the TV in the living room instead of bedroom. Because it is on the ground level, expect some mosquitoes. The sofa was not very clean.

Just average, nothing special.
