I chose this hotel last minute for a business trip, and check-in was super quick. The moment I opened the room door, I felt instantly comfortable. The room decor was cozy and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and lying down on it immediately washed away a day's fatigue. The AC temperature was just right, not too hot or too cold. The windows were soundproof, so I slept very soundly through the night and woke up feeling much more refreshed. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in the area. 🏨

The overall environment is great, with a prime location making it easy to hail a taxi. The breakfast was clean and hygienic. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the first-floor room was a bit dim and the room felt a little damp. The swimming pool, however, was absolutely beautiful.

This hotel has a strong Southeast Asian architectural style. It's located on the west side of Chiang Mai's Old City, with Suthep Mountain as its backdrop, making it very convenient to get to Chiang Mai University. However, it's a bit far from the new city and Tha Phae Gate, which means it's a very quiet area.

The decor is very Lanna-style. It's about an 8-9 minute walk to Thapae Gate and also quite close to the Saturday night market. The room was clean and a good size, and the service was decent. It's a bit of a hidden gem among small hotels.

I contacted the hotel in advance for airport pickup, and the car was waiting right there when I arrived. The driver was incredibly friendly and proactively helped with my luggage. It was about a ten-minute drive to the hotel. The hotel itself looked beautiful, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming and showed us to our room. Although the hotel isn't large, we all had a really great impression of the place. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but there was certainly enough to fill us up. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The service was great, and the staff were all very welcoming. However, on the first night, the air conditioning fan was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I wanted to turn off the AC and open the window, but then there would be mosquitoes, so I barely got any sleep. After I reported it the next day, they moved me to a different room where the noise was much less, but it was street-facing and noisier than the previous room. The balcony overlooked the parking lot and lobby. Other rooms either still had very loud AC or were occupied by guests. I had no choice but to reluctantly accept it and stayed for two more nights (which I had already booked). On the last day, I checked out about 20 minutes late because I woke up late. The front desk prompted me twice, but they still gave us time to pack our luggage, which was quite good. Aside from the issues mentioned above, the hotel's exterior and architecture are quite unique, and the greenery is excellent. I saw geckos, birds, and even a mother cat with her kittens. It was a really good experience. If the air conditioning were quieter and the room was on an inner street, I would consider coming back.

Went on a vacation with my mom. The hotel's location is generally good, quiet, and convenient for transportation. The hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned charm, with a vintage feel, though some facilities are a bit dated. The beds were a bit small for two. The cleanliness was quite good, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was also nice.

Absolutely terrible! Despite there being plenty of empty rooms, they put me in room 201, a corner room in building 3. There was no hot water, and when I complained, they said it was hard to regulate the temperature if it got too hot. No WiFi either; they told me to try connecting to others. No elevator, so I tipped the luggage guy 20 baht, and he grinned ear to ear. The food wasn't good either. The room had a very dark, Southeast Asian style, quite eerie. It was just awful. One night, I even had a bad experience. Avoid this place at all costs!

A really great option for solo travellers - super friendly and attentive staff, great location for access to the Old City, quiet, lovely pool for a refreshing dip after a day out and really comfortable rooms that face out onto a central pool setting. I would recommend getting a room on the second floor for a more private balcony option. Highly recommend.

The ambiance was wonderful, and getting around was very convenient. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful. We were also offered a welcome drink and a complimentary set of Thai desserts. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The location next to the West Gate of the Old Town is very convenient for getting around, and the service was good. However, it's an old hotel, so some of the linens are a bit worn. The breakfast was just okay, and the coffee, which many mentioned in reviews, was also quite mediocre, mainly due to the poor quality beans.
