The location is convenient, but everything else wasn't great. The bed linen and towels were synthetic, which wasn't pleasant. The staff was kind. The rooms are old and don't smell very good.

Quiet and well-located. It's a budget hotel, so the facilities aren't top-notch. But it has a nice atmosphere.

Second time staying here, spent eight days at the inn. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the owner, who was wonderful. Even the cleaning gentleman seemed full of kindness and love ❤️

Great value for the price! It was a triple room, quite clean, and the common areas met our needs with a microwave, hot water, etc. I forgot to take pictures of the room.

The room rate is good and there's a swimming pool, offering good value for money. However, during my stay, my room happened to be opposite a group of foreigners who were drunk and noisy. But the hotel handled it very well.

This hotel has a very unique Chiang Mai feel, but on my first night, the family room I booked was given to me as a four-single-bed room, and the facilities weren't great. I had to ask for a hairdryer separately. The next day, I spent a long time negotiating with the owner, and thankfully they changed my room, but even that room wasn't particularly good. The only advantage is its proximity to the Old City; you can walk to Tha Phae Gate.

Beautiful view from the window, a large bed, and excellent water pressure in the shower. On the downside: no soundproofing at all. I didn't sleep the entire week because the neighbors upstairs were stomping around, and people were swimming in the pool from early morning, and all of this was VERY audible. The pool was a bit dirty, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and our towels weren't changed nor was the trash emptied the whole week.
