Royal Panerai Hotel Chiangmai

It is an ok hotel and the room is spacious and the bed good—-but there were some issues. There was some noise from an outside air conditioner. Also there was a balcony that was locked and in a run down condition. I attach a photo of this. At night there was a light on the balcony that could not be turned off, although the curtain could be pulled across to block out some of the light. I also I could not book for further days. I initially booked for one night. Further nights were not available. But in the morning I was able to book for a further night on trip.com. I was in the same room but they did not service the room and only left two bottles of water outside the door. So the next day I wanted to book again but it was not showing on trip.com. I was then told I could pay in cash but the price was double. So I moved to another hotel about a kilometre and a half away. I then looked at trip.com and the room was available at the same price. I am very displeased about this as I should have had the option of extending at the same price. I would like a response from management as to why this happened.

My 2nd time to stay this hotel. It's good room, big space and comfort double bed. During my stay here, there were also some universities students stayed here for sport competitions in CM, sometimes students were too excited to make launch and big talks in the night time before noon.

Clean.. the reception girl is not that friendly.. the room is spacious.. worth for money

Everything good but not have breakfast. Check in take more time due to many foreigners peoples
