Mandala House, Chiang Mai

When I first arrived I was made to feel very welcome. All the staff and housekeeping were exceptional. As a solo female traveller I was made to feel comfortable. The staff, especially Toe, was amazing. I needed some paperwork printed for immigration and she was more than happy to do this for me. She is a credit to Mandala House, as all staff. I was very impressed with the view from my balcony, the Laundry options and the housekeeping. It is very central and not far from Thae gate, walking market, Night Bazzar market, Wororot, and flower market. Free wifi, and the swimming pool was very clean. If I could give a higher rating, I would! Thank you to everyone who looked after me ❤️

Booked for 5 nights while staying in CM. My stay was great, the room might be very basic, the mini fridge wasnt working and the bathroom needs maintenance but the location and price makes it worth it. The staff is friendly. There’s a small pool as well.

Great hotel. Massive rooms, great, quiet location. Staff so so so helpful. They have laundry service - just drop your clothes at the desk and pick up in the morning. 100/100 would stay again!
