I saw many people online writing notes and leaving tips, hoping to get towel animals. On the first day, I wished for a tiger 🐯, which might have been too ambitious, as I got nothing. The second day, I didn't write anything and received an elephant 🐘, and the staff member, NON, hoped I'd mention her name. The location is great, the bed is comfortable, and the towels are a bit old, but I wouldn't use them anyway. Breakfast is simple but filling.

Spent 5 nights at Eurana. Rooms were nice, except 1st night aircon leaked all over the floor and I slipped through it before seeing it. Thankfully I didn’t fall. Otherwise very clean, air on worked well. Most of the staff were amazing except for a reception/front desk senior female staff  member who yells at her staff often and raised her voice and yelled at my 78 year old mother for no reason. I had booked 3 nights at first, then afterwards 1 more then another nights. Front desk staff said we could stay there. After our 3 nights They wanted us to checkout… 3 more times. When we told the front desk that we were told we can stay in the room the lady with the glasses said you made 3 bookings, when we said we were told we could stay there.. she raised her voice quite loud and said no, they were probably new staff. Wrong person to yell at as NO ONE treats or speaks to me or my mother that way. My mother has stayed there before and has witnessed this same person yelling at guests. UNEXCEPTABLE!!! She has done this several times in the past and feels very comfortable yelling at guests and staff when there are staff and other guests as witnesses. This shows that management is okay with her doing this… and no she is not a supervisor but a senior staff member. Breakfast was good except nothing is cooked there, eggs are always cold, pretty much a candle under the servicing pans. This method is ancient and not commonly used anymore. Pool was nice, lining needs repair. Pumps should be running all the time to filter the water, except when we swam in The evening they're turned off. The staff were unremarkable and try their best to accommodate guests (minus the senior front desk staff member with glasses.

Unexpectedly good! I didn't think a random guesthouse I picked would satisfy me so much. The front desk staff were really nice, no discrimination as some others mentioned, and there was even a guy who spoke Chinese! The room was very clean, and some areas within the hotel were also quite beautiful. Anyway, it's definitely worth the price. The best part is the breakfast felt very clean, and the eggs and toast were delicious.

Very bed experiance in this hotel, room far far away from what they show in picture, bathroom full of mould... We order additional bed for children , cost cca 25 € x day , bed in conditions that was not possiblle to sleep on..., same level like prison bad. Was not possiblle to cancle this bed after i pay 2100 bath They stool us from room different clothes of wife and children, but was not cooperative to resolve this matter. Avoid to stay here!!!!!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, especially thanks to the staff member Kham Naunt. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests and making us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel! It's very clean; I walked barefoot on check-in day and didn't feel any dust. The hotel environment is also excellent, with really plump fish and a swimming pool. The breakfast is abundant, and their watermelon juice (the hotel has a dedicated drink service, and we received complimentary drinks this time) was the best I've ever tasted – I wish I had tried it earlier, I would have had a glass every day! 🤭 All the fruits at breakfast were delicious too.

The cleanliness could be improved, but overall it's good value for money. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the area is very quiet at night. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, with a great variety of delicious food.

Breakfast was just okay, but the service was good; they even waved goodbye when we left. It was quiet, but the bed wasn't great – it creaked every time I turned over. The gym was very basic and outdoors, and there was just a mini-pool.

Booked for 3 nights, moved here on the 2nd night. The room was clean and tidy, with a view of the pool from the window. From the corridor, I could see Doi Suthep and the golden pagoda, which made me very happy – I couldn't resist taking a picture every time! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Tha Phae Gate and only a 6-minute walk to Wat Chiang Man. It's perfect for someone like me who loves to wander around the Old City. Plus, there's a vegetarian restaurant right outside, which felt very authentically Thai, and the staff spoke Chinese – that was another pleasant surprise!

Great value for money! I didn't have high expectations, but the breakfast area was pleasant, and the hotel has a beautiful front courtyard with little goldfish.

Very warm and nice decor. Easy to get around in old town area. Has self service laundry machines which was useful Breakfast was quite good, has a few dishes that change daily. Note: Only the premium rooms are renovated (new block) and has lift access. The other rooms are older and I think have to use stairs. Something to note.

Although the room were quite good, this is the place I never stayed next time. We booked three rooms, and two of us arrived early. The receptionist initially assigned the wrong rooms, which we corrected politely. Her subsequent behavior was completely unacceptable: • She raised her voice at us despite no wrongdoing on our part. • She insisted she was not wrong and argued in a hostile manner. • She ignored me while explaining check-in details only to my male companion, treating me as if I were at fault. • She spoke negatively about us in her local language to the cashier while we were standing there, which was highly disrespectful. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable in any hospitality setting. The management team said she is having a hearing problem. But a person with hearing problem will just ask “Sorry. Can you repeat that?”. But that staff did not hear what we talked and she even talked with cashier staff about us in negative way. Another thing was Housekeeping service. The replaced towel was placed on a dirty place under sink (in the photo) instead of placing on the rack). I like the room but I won’t stay next time.

Old room with the paint slowly falling off. The drainage in the shower was horrible, every shower was flooded. The hairdryer suddenly fell off the wall as well when using it. On the last day, the staff had also left a cleaning towel next to our sink… I didn’t take pictures sadly.  The staff in the lobby would never look at you when walking to the elevator to say ‘sawadee’ or hello.

Eurana Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The location was perfect and we could easily walk to all of the Old City sites. Room was was quite comfortable and Kham Naunt did an excellent job cleaning each day.

The stay at the hotel overall was ok. It is well located if you are planning to do things around the old town and it's beautiful streets. The biggest negative aspect of the hotel for us was the overall cleanliness of the room and also the restaurant area where you have breakfast. Another negative aspect is the noise that you can hear from the guests and staff in the middle of the night or the room next door because of how thin the walls sound like, where you can hear practically everything that's happening in the other room. Staff was nice tho with the exception of the breakfast staff. Overall for the stay it is a bit pricey for what it is and there seems to be plenty of other good choices around the old town.
