Room space were big , comfortable and the owner were nice and also he recommend places that must be visited during my stay in Chiangmai, i definitely love thai food so much ! 10/10 the hotel location is in the city center and close to the airport, about 13-15 minutes away by bike / car , anyway i do really enjoy my stay ..

The owner is so kind,alway wellcome even I arrivel at 11.30 pm. Place is clean and quiet with Lanna style. The price is cheap,Next Time I’ll come stay here again.

We booked it for a day and stayed 3. The manager is great, very helpful and always available and happy to help
Location is great, close and quiet.
Bathroom could be improved but overall everything is very nice. Thanks Derek for being so nice!

The bedding is clean and tidy, and the environment is artistic and fresh. You will definitely like it when you come. The boss and his wife are a pair of very motivated Chinese people who are enthusiastic and proactive towards their guests and communicate smoothly. The housekeeper was also great. This ancient city B&B has the best experience in the entire trip to Thailand.
Thumbs up for the Chinese working hard in a foreign country!
