I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for a lovely experience! ❤️

Hotel has river view and located in a peaceful area near to market and city.

I checked out immediately after checking in... The room was dirty. Stains on bedding. Toilet was grotty. Room had a wierd smell. Its a 2 star accomidation.

The hotel is clean, and the location is reasonably convenient depending on your plans. Overall, the stay was fine, but the check-in experience was disappointing, the femalestaff member at the counter came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming.

There was no light at hotel while checking in. The pool has nothing for rest and no towels, the bathroom is with humidity, from the road it’s quite noisy and room itself is old.

Stay there for a day , apart from the parking the rest are all on point . They have parking space a 2 min walk from hotel and have buggy service

Cheap for 615 baht. However, there was mold smell in the room. The hotel is near to Chinatown

Good location. Calm area . Along with Ping river. Nice stuffs.

The first night we arrived. There a bit issue of room cleanliness and room not as pictures shown on the web. Bathroom quite small and patching everywhere.However, when we complaint about the room cleanliness, the hotel owner took care of it right away. And we see improvement of the staff greeting and start cleaning lobby floors windows. Tables. Actually this hotel is set in great location, great design, if properly maintained, better management team provide more training to staffs it will be one of the great b2. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the hotel owner, he returned my wallet that I accidentally left at the front lobby. Thank you again, Leng

Close to shops night bizare and china town, flower market meat market and walking bridge across river for easy access to town

The hotel is OK for the price, but I didn't think it should be a 4 star hotel. The breakfast selection is very limited (One coffee/Hot milk and one Wrap). We stayed there for 4 days and complained about the water heater 3 times because it didn't make hot water. Finally it worked but only 20-22 degrees hot water.

A bit old, but for that price pretty reasonable

The staff on duty are totally unattentive to the guests and the amenities in the room are inadequate, e.g only one waste basket in the room. The breakfast is really not up to standard, one coffee and one wrap. The only good thing worth mentioning is the location which is close to the river Ping and many good restaurants

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is fantastic, nestled between mountains and water, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to everything. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The facilities are excellent, and getting around for sightseeing was a breeze. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
