Excellent family-friendly hotel with great service! The pool water is very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The accompanying kids' club had a wide variety of toys, and our child had a great time playing there. They even provided a child safety fence next to the bed, which made us feel completely secure about our baby's rest and play. It's truly family-friendly, saving us a lot of hassle during our trip, and we highly recommend it for families with children! Plus, it's very close to Tha Phae Gate, with many restaurants and markets nearby, which was incredibly convenient.

Extremely satisfied 👍 We had the most comfortable night in Chiang Mai. The bed was super comfy, and for 750 THB, we (2 adults, 2 kids) added a sofa bed which was also very comfortable. The hotel's dining and facilities are excellent.

Honestly, the bathroom in the basic room type was quite small, and the water quality was just average; my shower head turned a bit yellow. Overall, the room hygiene was good, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Upon check-in, we received drink vouchers that could be used at the lounge on the first floor, but the selection was quite limited. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but it had all the essentials. The hotel's location is very convenient. Just a short walk through the alley next to it leads to the Chang Klan Night Bazaar, and it's not far from the Michelin-starred restaurant Ekachan. We stayed here for two nights, and then moved to the Old City for the remaining two nights. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to visit the rooftop bar, but I heard it's quite good. The hotel attracts a lot of European and American tour groups; every time we returned, we'd see tour buses coming and going. However, luckily, we didn't hear much noise in our room this time.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. My room on the sixth floor was pretty good. I extended my stay for one more night, but had to book a different room type. The ceiling on the fourth floor was too low and felt very cramped. Breakfast was good. Downstairs, there's a massage parlor/spa, a bar, a chill bar, a yogurt shop, KTV, a sauna, a performance hall bar, and a Michelin-starred restaurant all within 100 meters of the hotel. It's also only 300 meters from the bustling main street, which is very convenient. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals 🚲, and it's great to ride around the streets.

The room was very spacious, and disposable slippers and amenities were provided. The Wi-Fi was fast, and housekeeping was prompt. Overall, it was great. It's super convenient for getting around, and there are many popular spots to check out nearby.

This hotel hasn't been open for long, so the facilities are clean and great. It's one block behind the Night Bazaar, so it's not too noisy, and there are quite a few clean and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The pool is on the smaller side, but there aren't many guests, so it feels relaxed, and there are plenty of sunbeds. The staff were also friendly and the service was good, making for an enjoyable stay.
