We enjoyed our stay at The White Elephant home. Great service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We took a family room as there were 4 of us. The room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our stay here memorable.

A beautiful relaxing home from home. Our room was very rustic but beautiful and the whole atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Very small portions in the included breakfast but this was made up for by the lovely people who worked there and couldn’t do enough for you. Chiang Mai was lovely and it was easy to walk to the old city and markets. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai.

My trip to Chiang Mai didn't start off well, but this hotel definitely left me with some great memories. The breakfast was decent, with a wide variety of choices. The service was top-notch, and the hotel itself was a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city – truly a pleasant surprise upon arrival. There are tons of fantastic and super affordable local eateries nearby, plus a local morning market and fresh market where Thais shop. The Old City is also incredibly close, and Tops Market offers great value. The area felt very safe! I'm not one for effusive praise, but next time I'm in Chiang Mai, I won't even consider other options; I'm coming straight back here!

This guesthouse offers incredible value for money, especially for families. The facilities and environment are simple and modest, but impeccably clean. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was also quite tasty. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Chiang Mai and not looking for a luxury hotel experience.

Value for money. Though not located right in city centre, it’s quiet and not far.  The breakfast is pre set, many choices n delicious.   Spacious room, comfy bed, just need upgrade the towels.

Very friendly and warm reception by the operators of the bed and breakfast. Great location and within walking distance of the Ancient City, food street and Chang Phueak Bus Terminal. I was there for an overnight stay before going up to Chiang Dao, and had a seamless transit. Highly recommended for its good value, convenient location and comfortable stay.

The location is decent, quite close to the old town. It's a bit dangerous since the road is right outside the entrance, but the staff are very welcoming.

The front desk service was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips on local attractions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast, while simple, was good.

Super clean and homey space. Excellent location, walking distance to a very nice gym, pump gym and also great coffee nearby. Hosts were the nicest! Free breakfast too

The location is excellent, convenient for getting around. The hotel restaurant is a great place to eat, work on your laptop, or simply relax with a book. The staff are very friendly. Vila's rooms are spacious and suitable for family trips.

I think it's a family-run hotel. They are some of the kindest people we met in Thailand. Super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice and clean. The only problem we had was the outlets because they were too big and the charger plug kept falling out. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!
