จองกาอนเดินทางเกือบเดือน ทางทริปคอนเฟิรทางเมลล์ถึงวันไปเช็คอินแจ้งว่าที่พักเต็มและตอนแรกจะไม่ยอมดำเนินการให้ให้ติดต่อเองและจะคืนเงินซึ่งเป็นช่วงเทศกาลซึ่งหาที่พักยาก จึงแจ้งให้ดำเนินการหาที่พักให้ไม่งั้นจะแจ้งสคบ เพราะจ่ายเงินและจองล่วงหน้าเกือบเดือนถึงยอมให้ห้องพักซึ่งไม่โอเคกับคำตอบช่วงแรก ฝากแจ้งทั้งทางทริปและทางที่พักว่าควรปรเสานงานให้ดีกว่านี้อย่าโยนภาระให้ลูกค้า ชอบคุณมากค่ะ
