Lovely hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old Town where you can walk to temples. Nice breakfast, spacious room, attentive service.

Definitely with local veranda charm and super great location! However, think twice before you make the booking. Rooms are super dated and warn out, no smart solution whatsoever and sockets are all very low and loose. And this is not the worst. There were ants everywhere covering all surfaces including bedside table, bed, desk, minibar/TV cabinets, closet, vanity counter, walls and ceiling. I’m sure some of them were traveling back with me in my luggage… really disgusting and so not hygiene. Big improvement for daily cleaning is also expected. I’m with short hair and there were a big long pile of hair dangling inside the shower cubicle wall from the time I occupied the room until I checked out. I think it is certainly over priced and overrated with the level of product/services provided. Not sure if you would agree with me but I will never come back…

A truly fantastic experience, offering a chance to connect with nature and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We booked two separate rooms, both of which were incredibly unique. The service was warm and welcoming, and the toiletries were excellent!

A hotel charging €200-400 per night, yet a “king” bed is just two beds pushed together? How low can you go? This place simply doesn’t live up to its price in any way. The pool feels cheap and is overloaded with chlorine, the AC system is no better than what you’d find in a 3-star hotel, and I doubt they even have a gardener. The list goes on… A good concept, but poorly executed at an absurd cost. There are far better hotels in the same area for a fifth of the price.

Excellent location, and the breakfast presentation was unique.

Location was excellent and staff were very friendly. I enjoy breakfast by the pool every morning. Only small concern was the line of many ants situation in the bedroom, on the tables mostly! Lovely stay otherwise!

Very good service, nice service, good breakfast. The only problem is that they didn’t provide twin beds as we requested. Not sure if it’s a hotel or trip.com negligence.

The hotel appears as an antique outlook, however the internal hardware of the property (electric appliances, sockets) is in need of replacement, signs of aging are visible. Beware of the safety!
