Riva Vista Riverfront Resort Chiangrai Reviews

Room is clean. We arrived late and had dinner in the hotel restaurant that it serves really good food. Breakfast choices is good.

We stayed one night at Riva Vista Chiang Rai. The dinner was excellent, and we loved the pool. The room was spacious and featured a large round bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiang Rai looking for a new, modern property.

A new hotel closed to Kok river and not too far from city. It's near blue temple. The hotel have bicycles for travel, you can ride with free. Good river view, it comfortable to stay. Very large bathroom with tub but a shower was not clean, quite dirty. You can select twin or deluxe one bedroom from application. The TV was diffucult to open , its depend on internet and signal was delayed. The electric kettle is dirty, shoule be clean completely before.I love breakfast, many menus and delicious.

100% would recommend staying here. Great room. Nice and spacious and provides an amazing views. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Although I barely speak Thai. Mostly English, I’m thankful that I go above and beyond to try and understand and luckily I have a Thai partner. 100% will come back again next year

The hotel's design is excellent, situated by the river with a lovely view. The rooms are clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious. It's perfect for a vacation.

The hotel is lovely, the room were modern & the beds are comfy. Our room comes with nice bathtub with a nice river view. The staffs are very accommodating. Hotel is nearby the blue temple & there is also nice restaurants nearby. The swimming pool & gym are great. The breakfast in the hotel have a good spread of food. Overall a nice place to relax & consider for a short staycation with families & friends👍

This is a great resort hotel we stay at access pool room, just step out fm room can enjoy swimming like private pool, breakfast is so so great having a lot of Chiangmai food features, can prefer seat outside like sitting at pool having so fun.. Highly recommend 😍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hard one to review. Good service mixed with terrible service. At first entry, we loved this place. However it quickly went south fast. There was black mold on the shower head, when we complained, they chose to scrub it off and said they can’t replace it. Then I asked to change rooms and they came and replaced it finally. The bowls and cutlery they delivered to the room were not clean. No help loading our luggage into the car. No one even said good bye. O

The room is big and very clean. It's a peaceful hotel in the heart of chiangrai. We really enjoyed our stay. We would love to go back again when we visit Chiangrai again

The hotel overall is beautiful Wonderful staff always eager to help Spacious rooms My only downside is As we have the pool room Our balcony was never cleaned by leaves in the water and coulsnt enjoy it as much as we wanted I won't blame the hotel or the staff As its hard to clean it as leaves fall every minute or so It's peaceful and quiet good location for looking at the temples etc

The hotel was beautiful and rooms were very comfortable. I had forgotten my passport and cash at the hotel safe, The hotel called me and made sure that everything was returned safe and sound. The kindness and honesty of Thai people are deeply appreciated 🙏
