I was very impressed with Kokotel! 💛 From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the warm, charming, and friendly atmosphere. All the staff were lovely, provided great service, always smiling, spoke politely, and were ready to help. I truly felt well taken care of. The room was very clean and well-organized. The bed was soft and comfortable, all the amenities were complete, and the overall ambiance was clean and pleasing to the eye. The hotel's decor was unique and charming, with many beautiful spots for photos. It's suitable for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The accommodation is excellent, located right next to the main road, making it convenient to travel to the airport. The room is very spacious, yet the price is good and it's clean. There are no bottled water in the room, but there are glass bottles available in the hallway for you to refill with water.

This has been my regular hotel every August before I return to Japan. This was my third time staying here. They even allowed me to check in early, which was great. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and a seafood mookata place right across the street. The Japanese-speaking receptionist was a huge help; she assisted me with buying beer from the shop across the street and ordering KFC delivery, which I really appreciated. Be careful when crossing the big road to get to the mookata restaurant directly opposite, especially if you're not used to the local traffic. It was reassuring to see her again, as she's been there all three times I've stayed. The breakfast offers some Japanese-style dishes, which is a nice touch. My Thai wife says this brand of refrigerator is very good; the ice stayed frozen for a long time.

The room is in a good location, spacious, clean, and odor-free. There's parking available, but it's a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive.

The room was clean and the kids loved it. The pillows were very soft and comfortable for sleeping. The staff were friendly and provided great service.
