Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection By Hilton

Stunning hotel with very attentive and friendly staff and great attention to detail! We especially enjoyed the pool and breakfast- it felt like a very luxurious experience for a reasonable price. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful decorate and nice atmosphere. The food was very good, and the service was great. The room was nice overall but felt quite humid and there was a bit of a musty smell from the air conditioning. One thing that could be improved is the garden area behind the room. The view and the outdoor sitting area weren’t very attractive.  Overall, I had a good stay. If these areas were improved, it would make the experience even better.

The compound for this hotel is big and a lot of big trees which is very peaceful. The security team and staffs at reception department are very friendly and very attentive, cos once we parked our car, the staff drove the buggy to car park and waiting for us behind of our car and helped to carry our stuff. They do provide bicycle that is a plus point to cycle around the hotel compound. The bed is huge and comfortable. The balcony door is soundproof. Room is new and clean because it is newly opened hotel at Chiang Rai. We have a nice view hotel room.

Everything about this brand-new Hilton property was exceptional. I am so glad that we chose this hotel for our short stay in Chiang Rai. We were only staying for one night, with nearly two full days planned to explore the city and its major sightseeing spots. However, the hotel was so spectacular that we decided to spend our entire first day enjoying the property. We simply didn’t want to miss the opportunity to experience everything it had to offer. The swimming pool was beautiful, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible team. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in experience was superb, with a special welcome ceremony at the entrance. The Front Desk and Bell Team were exceptionally warm and friendly, and we also received a thoughtful introduction to the breakfast experience. The level of hospitality throughout our stay was truly impressive, and I cannot praise the team enough. A huge kudos to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. You can really feel the passion and care behind this new opening. We will definitely be back in the future. Many thanks to the entire team of Kahavadi Chiang Rai for a wonderful stay!
