I had a comfortable stay at B2 Chiang Rai Boutique and Budget during my visit to Chiang Rai. The hotel is conveniently located about an 8–10 minute walk from the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful environment. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby local restaurants, which was perfect for trying authentic food without the crowds.
The hotel offers parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, which is helpful for those traveling by car. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to settle in without any hassle.
The room itself was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but simply drawing the curtains brought in enough natural light to brighten up the space. The toilet was also spacious, with a properly functioning shower heater, which I appreciated.
Housekeeping was available upon request, and the rooms were cleaned well. The housekeeping lady was especially kind and accommodating, adding a warm, personal touch to the stay. I also requested a room on the upper floor, which was granted, giving me a quieter and more relaxing experience.
One small improvement I would suggest is adding a pantry with a microwave oven so guests can easily reheat their food. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with a comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a convenient yet peaceful location.
