The water pressure in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. After checking out, we stored our luggage because our flight was in the afternoon. When we came back to pick up our bags, we asked the front desk to open a door for us to use the restroom before heading to the airport (since we had checked out, we couldn't open the glass door ourselves). But why the sour face? We just needed to use a public restroom. We stayed for two days, it's not like we just walked in off the street to use your toilet. We weren't asking to use a room's bathroom, just the public one. This really knocked down the good impression we had built up over the past few days.

The hotel is centrally located in Chiang rai near several nice restaurants and walking distance to the Saturday night market. I enjoyed the convenience of the location. There is also plenty of parking lots if you rent a car to drive. The amenities is a bit disappointing. The fitness centre is small and there is no swimming pool. I also asked for a change in the room to king which they said ok but when I checked in the room was no longer available.

Right next to the Clock Tower and close to the night market, with a 7-Eleven just across the street. There are plenty of dining and massage options nearby. The hygiene and service were excellent. There's a Starbucks next to the restaurant, and breakfast is à la carte with self-service drinks.

Great location, decent breakfast, and overall a highly recommendable hotel. It's perfect for families or business travelers like myself who need a good rest. Give it a try!

This hotel is such a wonderful place to spend your holiday in! It’s located literally in the center of the city and compared to the other accommodations around it truly stands out with its’ services, cleanliness and quality! We stayed just for 2 nights and wished we had some more booked!

I stayed at Sooknirund Hotel and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment you enter, the garden smells like jasmine, which immediately sets a calm, welcoming tone. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. They offered great restaurant recommendations and helped with everything we asked for, including pointing us to a nearby laundromat. Little things like that made the stay feel easy and thoughtful. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and the AC worked perfectly, which matters a lot in Thailand. Breakfast and coffee were both very good. They also provide free bicycles for guests, which made getting around fun and convenient. The location is ideal and right in the center of Chiang Rai, with nothing more than about 15 minutes away. The entire property is beautiful and photogenic without trying too hard to be an Instagram hotel. It feels tasteful, relaxed, and authentic. There is also a Starbucks connected to the hotel if that is your thing, though there are plenty of great local coffee spots nearby as well. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this place is overpriced and fails to deliver. It feels like they are selling rooms that aren't even ready for occupancy. During our first night, the water cut off completely. The staff stated they had no idea what the technician had done and moved us to a different room. In the morning, we discovered the new room was directly opposite the storage area. It was incredibly noisy due to poor sound insulation, despite other rooms being available. Additionally, all the power outlets in the room were dysfunctional, meaning we couldn't charge our phones or use the hairdryer. The in-room phone didn't work either. We went down to the reception to report these issues, but unfortunately, no action was taken to resolve them.

Excellent service, and the room was incredibly beautiful and spacious! The location is absolutely perfect.

A very romantic hotel. The room was beautifully decorated. Our room, however, had a view of a wall. The toilet wasn't great; it had a semi-transparent glass door, which made for a bit of a lack of privacy. There's a Starbucks in the building. The breakfast items were fresh and delicious. Upon check-out, we received two miniature honey bottles shaped like champagne as a gift. A 7-Eleven is just across the street, and the bus station isn't far from the hotel. On Saturdays, there's a night market nearby, and you can also find good Indian and Italian restaurants close by.

Great hotel. New hotels. Rooms are big and clean. Great delicious breakfast.
