Lots of mosquitoes in the hotel making hard to stay in common areas and there’s almost no AC in common areas so it gets hot and stuffy.

Overall, everything was great; the reception staff were cheerful and provided excellent information and assistance. The accommodation provided a light breakfast, such as tea, coffee, bread, boiled eggs, Nam Wa bananas (very nice ones), and Kluai Khai bananas. As for the 4-person shared room, it is spacious and doesn't feel cramped; the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. As for the bathroom facilities, there are three toilets and two shower stalls equipped with showerheads; the water is cold and the flow is a bit weak. Shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and a hair dryer are provided. The building itself is nicely decorated—charming and inviting. However, having a fan would be a good idea, as the air feels quite stuffy; it would likely get very stifling during the summer. The location is quite good; it is about 1 kilometer—or a roughly 5-minute walk—from the old bus station and Night Plaza, Cat Cafe, Dinning and Night Entertainments making it quite convenient.

Clean and comfortable room. Location is perfect. Few mins walk from the bus station, plenty of massage shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. Overall, very good service. I would love to come back and I recommend it to anyone travelling to Chiang Rai.

Very nice and clean. Thai staff, so obviously great. In the dorm not all the beds had curtains and the curtains that were there were sheer, so not much privacy and the mattresses were among the hardest I’ve ever slept on.
