This is a very nicely managed and wonderful hotel. It is very clean. The location is very good as it is just opposite a big mall and a night market where you can find great local food and snacks.

This is one of the cleanest, well presented hotels I have stayed in here in Thailand. I have stayed in 10 hotels so far, and this by far is top of the tree.
I'm not sure if there was WiFi available, but I was very happy with pretty much everything else. Top marks

I only stayed here for about four hours before my flight. I went across the street, which was pretty busy, to grab some food, then came back for a quick nap and shower. I didn’t realize they required a deposit—either cash or your passport—so make sure to read the fine print!
The room itself was very nice, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water. At the front area, they even had juice shots (real juice, not alcohol), which was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of other amenities I didn’t get a chance to use since I was just resting before my flight.
Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I took a Grab motorcycle to the airport, which was a short ride away. Overall, great value and convenient for a quick stay near the airport!

One budget has many hotel locations in Chiang Rai province. I chose the airport branch for its approximation of where I need to go. Bed is soft, but firm. I honestly slept very well. My only nitpick is I wish there were more food availability at the hotel.
