The room is good. Breakfast change a bit every day . I stay for 4 day, everyday have some different things for breakfast.

Lovely quiet location, staff were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was really nice and more than sufficient for us. Pool was great although only open until 6pm, I guess that is because there are rooms on the ground floor that open directly onto the pool. We stayed for 3 nights, would easily stay here again.

The accommodation isn't in the city center, so having a private car would be convenient. However, it's close to the Kok River, where there are many restaurants to choose from. The place is peaceful and shady, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was really good – when I stayed, they had rice, Khanom Jeen (Thai rice noodles), and congee, along with toast and cereal. The place was clean. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom exhaust fan was a bit noisy.

The room was excellent, spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The only drawback was the hot water system in the bathroom, which was terrible. You couldn't adjust it; it would alternate between hot and cold. It definitely needs a major improvement.

The resort is well maintained and conveniently located in Chiang Rai City about fifteen minutes away from the airport. Unlike other staff at the resort, lady at the check-in was not very supportive or helpful. No assistance was provided in shifting the luggage to our assigned room. The pool view rooms are fairly big and have all basic amenities. The housekeeping staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. There weren’t many options available for breakfast but it’s justifiable considering the room price. The in-room brochures mention lunch is available to order for a fee, yet the front desk informed us this service wasn’t actually offered. The pool was clean and the overall atmosphere was peaceful.

The hotel room is very spacious, perfect for families traveling with children.

The hotel was clean and had a pleasant, green atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

The room was quite spacious, but some of the lights weren't working. As we were only staying for one night, we didn't make a big deal out of it. While the outdoor view was lovely, there were quite a few mosquitoes. Breakfast was served à la carte, which we found a bit unusual. However, it was still satisfying, and I highly recommend the Thai breakfast option.

The hotel is very english resort style but a bit run down. The rooms is spacious but the toilet is quite small if compare to the room space. The hot water is terrible. It turn to cold in the middle of the shower. Definitely need to be fixed. The breakfast is not that good. However the coffee is good. The staffs are not very polite and helpful. In term of location..it is located quite far away foe. City. You need ti get a grab to get to the city area.

Recently renovated rooms ..... very nice. Bed a bit hard but with topper pad ok. Close to the River Restaurants about 400m walk (Thai Restaurant good). The restaurant only open for breakfast. Lovely helpful staff

This resort style hotel looks like a big garden park. Individual house which provide good privacy.Ample parking and decent breakfast.You need your own transportation to move around.
