The staff attentive & accommodating. Hotel is well run & an excellent choice of food for breakfast . All areas are well kept & clean.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. Being situated right next to a popular landmark made it even easier to explore the area. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only thing that you can say positive is the location, within walking distance of city centre and many local attractions. Then it goes down from there. Hotel is dated, has an old musty smell, and very few renovations for an old hotel. It does not have a warm feeling, more cavernous and hollow. Staff looks tired and unsure what to do. My assumption is that owners are not local. Photos are misleading that hotel presents.

One of the best hotel in Chiangrai with reasonable price right in the middle of town. Great service.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years, returning several times a year, and have always considered ourselves very loyal customers. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated at reception. We had booked and received confirmation through Trip.com for 3 rooms for 5 adults and 2 children, with breakfast included for all guests. However, when we arrived, the receptionist insisted that we had to pay an additional charge for our daughter to stay in our room with an extra bed. I explained that our reservation had already been confirmed by Trip.com with the correct number of adults and children. If there was a problem with the reservation or the price, the hotel should have contacted Trip.com rather than demanding additional payment from us when we arrived. What made the situation worse was the receptionist’s attitude. Other members of staff immediately recognised us from our many previous stays. I even asked her to speak to the other staff members, who could confirm that we have been regular guests at this hotel for more than two decades. After over 20 years of loyalty, it was extremely disappointing to be treated in this way over a booking that clearly stated the number of adults and children travelling. We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel, which is why we have continued returning year after year. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and ensures that confirmed bookings are honoured correctly and that long-standing guests are treated with the politeness and professionalism they deserve.

Good hotel, nice view, good breakfast. Heaven on earth. Located in city center near to market and many temples. I have the condition to do many wholesome and donate to the Buddhist monks. Hope everyone can do the same. May peace be with you❤️❤️❤️

Quite an old hotel but you can tell they are trying to maintain its standard. Nice service overall. Great location.
