Stayed here with friends for a short vacation, and we loved it! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect — right across from Chiayi TRA Station and close to bus stops. Lots of shops and the Chiayi Art Museum are within walking distance, which made exploring really easy.
We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Definitely a convenient and pleasant place to stay — highly recommended

3. The bed is a non-rocking bunk bed, so you can't feel other people walking or climbing stairs.
4. The personal space is large, with a socket for lighting and curtains at the head of the bed

WWushilancangjieI had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was exceptionally smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; they even proactively upgraded my room, which made me feel truly welcome and at home.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering convenient transportation and an abundance of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore. The room itself was clean, spacious, and featured a simple yet elegant decor with soft lighting, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The bedding was pristine and soft, contributing to excellent sleep quality, and the impressive soundproofing ensured a perfectly quiet night.
Cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom, floors, and all surfaces were spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. A full range of quality toiletries was provided, and the towels and bath sheets were pristine, lending a luxurious feel often found in high-end hotels.
Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, with both Western and Chinese options. The restaurant staff were very polite, and I particularly enjoyed their coffee and freshly made omelets, which made every morning meal incredibly satisfying.
Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The service, ambiance, and facilities were all highly satisfactory. Should I return to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

SScott CaiThe hotel has a parking lot in front, making it very convenient for drivers. The check-in staff provided detailed explanations. The room was very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, a TOTO bidet, and Italian Allegrini shampoo and body wash. The room light switches were touch-sensitive.
Breakfast was buffet-style, featuring local chicken rice, noodles, bread, ********* porridge, side dishes, hot dishes, fruit, and a coffee machine, perfect for early risers. Overall, the stay was excellent!

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

We forgot a package at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly kind to us; they even shipped it to the last hotel where we'll be staying during our trip to Taiwan! The staff member kept in constant contact with me to ensure everything went smoothly! It's always wonderful when people care about you and help you out! Thank you!

GGuest UserThe location is superb, very close to Chiayi Train Station and also extremely close to the art museum. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a quad room on this stay, which included two double beds. The first-floor lobby offers a comfortable space to relax, and there's also a water dispenser available for refilling bottles. The room's amenities were complete and well-maintained, and it was spotlessly clean. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Chiayi!

SSoobin_great location, walking distance to Chiayi train station and museum of arts. Few mins away from wenhua night market. The hotel is old but still decent for a quick stay. It is fairly clean as well. I just find the airconditioning of our room too weak.

AAom Krajibnoi• The location of the accommodation is very good, opposite Chiayi TRA, there is a U-Bike rental point.
• The accommodation has a check-in time of 13:00. There is no elevator. Fortunately, I got a room on the 2nd floor. The staff were kind enough to help carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I cannot leave my luggage. Check-out before noon is considered okay.
• The room is a good size. I can open a 29-inch suitcase. There is a hair dryer. The bathtub allows me to turn on the warm water to soak my feet. The shampoo smells great. But there is no air conditioning to adjust the room. It is very hot. Fortunately, there is a small fan to help. The room is not soundproof.
