The overall environment is very comfortable, with a suitable amount of space and plenty of outlets, so there's no fighting over charging spots. There are also large mirrors near the bathroom entrance, so there's no need to crowd when doing makeup.

It's a bit of a walk from Chiayi Station, but I had a comfortable stay. There were many delicious restaurants within walking distance, so the location was great and convenient. I stayed in a dormitory, and I had to make my own bed with the sheets. I accidentally dropped my key card in the elevator gap, but they were very kind and helpful. I also used the laundry facilities; the dryer was powerful and got my clothes perfectly dry!

It’s was a location strategy place to stay with, near to the Wenhua night market and easy to travel with Ubike.

Room 807, the bathroom had standing water. I informed the front desk when I checked out and hope it can be improved. When showering, water would overflow onto the floor outside due to poor drainage.

The room was very clean and soundproofed really well. This was our first stop in Taiwan, and it left a fantastic first impression! It's great value for money, and the front desk service was excellent; they didn't treat me any differently just because I'm from mainland China. The location is perfect, right near the night market, which is super convenient. I had some food waste from eating out and nowhere to throw it away, and the staff even helped me dispose of it. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely stay here! I checked my photos and realized I didn't take any of the room, just a picture of the table when I was eating in the lobby, haha.

My kids love this hotel very much. It's fun and enjoy at the common area which equip with kids area with toys, kitchen with some simple kitchenware include stovw and microwave oven. Some free snack and tea for free. Some chargeable foods and drinks. Have reading area as well. Each floor have different theme and you can collect the stamp for memory too. Location is very near to Fengjia night market. Overall, it's good to stay and convenience location. Recommend to stay and will stay again if visit Taichung again in the future.

I stayed in room 901, directly facing Central Park. People started singing across the street in the afternoon, and it was incredibly noisy! The room had absolutely no soundproofing; I even thought the windows weren't closed properly, but it turns out the insulation is just terrible. I have a video, but Trip.com doesn't allow video uploads. The hotel's location is great though, with a UG across the street for drinks, and the Cultural Night Market just a bit further down, plus 御香屋 for more drinks. If you plan on visiting the night market, this place is very suitable. However, since I was on a business trip and mostly stayed in the room, it was honestly... so loud. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to noise; you can even hear people talking downstairs at night... it's really disruptive.

The Japanese Room is cozy. The location of the hotel is great as it is located near the night market. Easy to find food. The only downside is that the toilet has no heated toilet seat cover.

Clean, good shower, nearby convenience stores and eateries. 24hr luggage placement at the lobby area. Good location to walk around and especially getting up to Alishan the bus stop is just minutes walk away.

this is my 3rd time staying. but i dont think the hotel maintains the hotel. room smell musky & bathroom is terrible.

Family-friendly, convenient location. Can get abit noisy at night given the bustling location near to night market. Rooms are abit worn and dated but clean. Recommended.

I stayed in the backpacker hostel on the second floor and have a few suggestions for the kitchen. There are two sinks but only one scourer, so if two people need to wash up, one has to wait. Also, I used to see dishcloths available for wiping down the counters and sinks, but now there are none. If there's oil or water on the surface, you can only use paper towels. And previously, there were plates, bowls, spoons, and chopsticks for serving food, but now you have to go down to the basement to get them. These are all very inexpensive items, and it's a shame they're no longer available in the kitchen.
