The free high-speed rail shuttle service is a thoughtful touch. The breakfast and dinner at the 2nd-floor cafe offer a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel was lovely we stayed there for the lantern festival but it was pretty far from anything else! Room was nice and the staff were great! Very friendly as a foreigner! Snacks in room were ok but a free coffee machine in the hotel to be able to get a latte or milk tea would be much appreciated!

Room is spacious, the smart toilet has a bidet, clean and comfortable. Heater in the toilet is good as well, good soundproofing. Room is very clean too, staff helped a lot also.

The service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The environment was clean, private, and quiet, and the staff were all very professional. The National Palace Museum Southern Branch across the street is beautiful, with great scenery, and they offer bicycles and scooters for rent.

For almost HKD 1000, the hotel room was quite underwhelming. The facilities felt very basic, akin to a Holiday Inn or Travelodge. They didn't even provide bottled water; I had to go to the corridor to get it myself. The worst part was the incredibly dirty kettle – there was a flour-like substance stuck to the bottom that wouldn't wash off. Luckily, I noticed floating bits in the cup when I poured the water, so I didn't drink it.

Too expensive! Just 3-4 stars level at most. The room is so small without a bathtub. The quality of the breakfast is really bad. Less than half of its original value.

Good location and service but too many students around . Not sure if co-incident that all my stay had been with students or trainers or teachers…

The hotel is adjacent to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum. The room is bright and spacious.Firm matterss.

It is very nice hotel

The hotel is located near the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum. Some rooms offer views of the Southern Branch. The staff are friendly and courteous, enthusiastically recommending nearby restaurants. The hotel has complete facilities, a variety of affordable dining options, and an exceptionally clean outdoor swimming pool with views of the Southern Branch. Today, March 17th, the lifeguards were very friendly and chatted with guests, making us feel right at home. This stay was truly memorable and will be our only choice for accommodation when visiting Chiayi...

The best accommodation choice for the 2026 Taiwan Lantern Festival. It's a traffic-controlled area, but you can use your accommodation's SMS to get around. After parking your car in the hotel's basement and checking in, you can take your time to explore. If you get tired, you can come back to rest. Great!

Clean and comfortable

The location is excellent, right across from the Southern Branch of the Forbidden City. The boxed meals I ordered from the restaurant were quite delicious. The service and facilities were very good; I recommend it.

The four-person room is the same size as the two-person room, only the beds are different, so the four-person room feels a bit cramped. The two-person room has a bathtub, but the four-person room does not. Fortunately, the rooms face the South Courtyard of the Forbidden City. It's a pity that there is no water show at the Forbidden City at night in winter, and there are no lights, which is a shame for this beautiful view.
