The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the south exit of the station, just turn left and you'll see it. It's close to the outlet mall and a park, so you can enjoy shopping and a leisurely run. The large public bath on the top floor is very comfortable and not too crowded. The room cleaning service is flexible, allowing guests to schedule it at their convenience. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, and the aisle by the bed is too narrow, making it hard to move around.

So close to the JR station platforms! There are malls and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient. The best part is the outlet mall, great for browsing when you're bored. The sea view is also lovely since it's so close to the ocean.

"Great location! The place is quiet, beautiful, safe, and closed to Mitsui Outlet. Lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The team was incredibly attentive and super quick to respond to any needs. A special thanks to hotel team: I accidentally left stuff behind and only noticed at the airport. They kindly shipped them to my friend's house immediately. I’m so grateful for their wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiba"

Perfect location for Makuhari Messe, right next to the station. Relatively big room. Free ice cream at the onsen is nice.

The room was spotless, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station and the airport bus stop. Plus, it's surrounded by outlet stores, making shopping super easy. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.
