KOKO HOTEL Premier Tokyo Bay Makuhari

Everything was great! The bath area was quite large and even had an outdoor section. There were free snacks, drinks, and popsicles. It's perfect for a two-day stay to visit the outlet and Tokyo Bay. The price was also very reasonable.

I chose this hotel for the exhibition, and it was very close and convenient. The environment is great and it's quite new. Last year I stayed at the hotel next door which was older, but this new one is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next year.

Exceeded expectations! The hotel is brand new, very tidy, and spotless. The transportation is also super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the outlet mall. There's a park right downstairs too. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom has a separate toilet, shower, and sink, and the room is quite spacious with everything feeling brand new. On the top floor (14th), there are six washer-dryer combos. You can pay 600 yen for 1.5 hours of washing and drying by scanning a QR code after downloading their dedicated app. The hotel is very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, and it's just one JR Keiyo Line ride to Maihama Station for Disney. To get to ZOZO Marine Stadium, it's about a 20-minute walk. If there's a direct shuttle bus, you can walk through the outlet mall to the bus stop and wait for it there. There's a highway bus to Narita Airport from bus stop #3, which is less than a five-minute walk away. The earliest bus departs at 6:25 AM. You can't buy tickets in advance; you just tap your transportation card or pay cash on board. The earliest bus usually has plenty of empty seats, so no need to worry about not getting a spot. It arrived at Narita Airport Terminal 2 just after 7 AM. Overall, the experience was great, and I would definitely consider this hotel again if I come to ZOZO next time 👍🏻

It was a new and clean hotel. It would have been perfect if the front desk staff had been a bit more efficient. What bothered me was that the tissue paper provided shed a lot, dirtying the floor, and there were urine splatters on the toilet floor, presumably from a male guest, which was quite unpleasant. I really hope they clean the toilets thoroughly. The separate bath and toilet were a big plus. The location was good and it was a quiet hotel, so I'd like to stay here again.

I booked for three days. Initially, they said the hotel was under renovation and moved us to a different hotel for one night, which I understood. However, on the second day, when I entered the room, the table was sticky. It was clear the cleaning wasn't done properly; I had to wipe it several times with tissues to get it clean. The hotel is very close, just a 3-minute walk from JR Kaihin-Makuhari. It has a large public bath, ice cream and drinks, and even cute little robots. There are many restaurants nearby, and the room price is reasonable. Aside from the cleanliness and renovation, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The hotel just opened in June, so it was very clean. The station is right in front, and there's an outlet mall nearby, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: There were about 30 people waiting to check in at 3 PM, so I had to wait quite a while. Parking costs 2,500 yen. There's no staff constantly present for the tower parking, which makes it time-consuming to get your car in and out. There were no tissues in the changing room of the public bath, which is something I really hope they'll install. I wanted to wipe hair and wet tables. There were also very few trash cans; just one small one around the table area. On the positive side, the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower heads were all from Refa. I went to the public bath at 4 PM. The sauna is big enough for about 4 people and was 86°C. I thought I was the first one in the sauna, but I was surprised to see a lot of hair on the floor inside. I also went to the public bath at night, and the drain at the back was clogged, causing dirty water to overflow. I called the front desk to report it but couldn't get through for a while. When I finally did, they said they understood, and I waited for some time, but no one came. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they said the cleaning company is a separate entity, so they don't have good coordination. I really hope they can improve on the cleanliness. The cost performance is excellent, so I hope these improvements can be made. The lighting in the 14th-floor lounge was too bright, so I wish they would make it a more relaxing brightness.
