Location is awesome right next to train station. Many places to eat and next to a mall. Convenient stores near by all walking distance.

Had a enjoyable stay. Hotel is nearby train station. It's located on the quiet side of the train station. If you plan to do shopping, it's a few minutes walk to the other side of the station with all the big shops. All in all, it's a convenient location still.

Convenient hotel just a road across Chiba JR station with a yakitori restaurant beside the hotel. Shopping malls were within a short walking distance also.

I arrived after check-in time and couldn't register, which felt a bit inflexible. The environment was decent, and it's very close to the station. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, making transportation very convenient.
