Great location in Lincoln Park, the trendy and hip side of Chicago. Plenty of restaurants serving good food and a variety of shops. A very nice place to walk around and see some fascinating people and places. Easy to get around to the various parts of the city.

Great area to stay in while in Lincoln Park! Awesome soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Management quickly responds to your text/questions. Easy check in and checkout.

Loved every aspect of my staycation. Love being able to explore A new neighborhood. The check in was seamless, apartment well equipped, texting 24/7 helped so much. Everything we needed was right there. Smart TV is nice! Very cozy! And close to coffee shops, shopping and parks! Got to explore Lincoln Park fully! @chicagopescetarian

I should have researched this property more, but it really should not be marketed as a traditional hotel. It operates much more like a self-service rental, and that should be clearly stated. There is no housekeeping, no front desk staff, and no on-site support if you need assistance. They also advertise a 24/7 help line, but in my experience it was not consistently available when I needed help.
If you are traveling for business or need dependable services, quick responses, and reliable support, this may not be the right fit. The lack of transparency and on-site assistance made my stay far more stressful than it should have been and did not meet standard expectations for a hotel-type property.

Great place to stay. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurant and amenities within walking distance. A nice walk to the water as well. We appreciated the two separate rooms and two bathrooms. Be aware that you may have a good walk-up many flights of stairs. We used SpotHero to get a good parking spot a 6 min walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

What a great hotel it has everything you need and it's both clean and modern. It even has a washer and dryer, plus a steamer to keep your traveling clothes wrinkle free.

It was cozy, quiet and honestly a get away from everything. A stay cation but definitely going to stay again. Best hotel I’ve been to so far and I’ve been doing stay cations a lot in the city it’s so peaceful and relaxing
