The staff were incredibly kind, but the room itself had roaches and there were cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed.

Worst motel I've ever seen The light didn't work in the bathroom. There was no TV. Windows boarded up. Almost everything was broken. Very dirty place

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I discovered bed bugs in the bed during my stay — and I have photos to prove it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I had bites on my skin, couldn’t sleep, and had to throw out some of my personal belongings just to avoid bringing the infestation home. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no offer to move rooms or provide a refund. The staff acted like this was no big deal. It’s beyond frustrating and totally unprofessional. If you care about your health, your belongings, or basic hygiene — stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
